Counter Strike on XBLA?

Doug Lombardi of Valve Software implied they could be working on CS for the XBLA. This could be huge because it would be the first good FPS on XBLA (Doom and Marathon:Durandal? No thanks).

counter strike was already released for xbox....i think it might have BC support on 360.

They need to release half life 2 deathmatch free to orange box console owners...they really screwed over console gamers.

Using the gravity gun online is better than any other crap any source game has no offer.

Yeah because making 3 games (1.6, Sorce, and Condition zero) is milking a franchise...and TF2 if brand new talent valve has..and L4D, and Portal...

Bad. Played it on Xbox. In HD it won't be so bad to play but aside from the resolution, the controls will be totally unworkable in comparison to the PC counterpart. On PC, people headshot you if you stand still for 2 seconds or as they're rounding a corner. Some people are so good with Desert Eagles they take people down in a single round (HS) nearly every kill.

CSS revolves around headshots. Period. When's the last time you intentionally pulled one off with a controller with something other than a sniper rifle?

Doom is only 400 points, with LIVE coop and multiplayer thank you. Its amazing.

But ya, it would be nice. Quake Arena is also rumored.

Playing online against people who present no challenge whatsoever isn't fun. After one or two "lol, how do you like your thumbsticks now, console kiddies?" games, you'll wish that they leave your servers forever.

You and I both know that is false (unless you have the intelligence of a goldfish) I think the majority have accpeted the M/KB works better with FPS than the gamepad and analogue sticks, but that =/= trash. I hope PC fanboys can accept this as well, because its getting boring.

It would be more supported because of XBLA, im sure that nobody playes the original xbox verison anymore as well, and i dont think many X360 gamers would care about it as much anyways, most of them are playing CoD4/Halo to even give a damn about any other online game..
