Cows and Lemmings do any of you care about these titles?

In many topics dealing with Wii sales or topics bashing the Wii in anyway(usually games), four titles are almost always mentioned. These four titles are:

Super Mario Galaxy

Zelda: Twilight Princess

Metroid Prime: Corruption

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

These are the titles that sheep use the most in the discussion of Nintendo supporting hardcore gaming, so cows and lemmings, do any of you care about these titles?

I am a cow so I will say that while these are good franchises, it's about times to let them die. Plus, Mario is kind of starting to creep me out. The idea of some fat italian plumber with a mushroom fettish is starting to creep me out. lol And as for the others, I never cared much for them and the fact that there are many games in these "sagas" makes me hesitant to even try and get in on the action. Plus I tried Metroid once(forget which one) I couldn't quite understand it well.v

i'm a cow/hermit, i do own a wii though SMG dont care for hat much, Z:TP was fun game MP:C im not a fan of metroid, and SSBB i want.

i own zelda on the gamecube and think its a great game

the other 3 i think are crap

Brawl is the one Wii game that I'mm looking forward to, although I refuse to buy one for that. I heard it's supposed to have online but who knows.

Thats what's bugging me, they haven't said so yet, how the **** can they say they are serious about online this time if this game doesn't have it?

It's Nintendo, the game they used to talk about there wonderful online was pokemon for crying out loud, and the game was basically another Pokemon Stadium.

lol, Nintendo is really been picking at my nerves lately. Atleast when Sony was doing well last gen there were games fr EVERYONE. Even though Nintendo says they make games everyone can play, they don't really make games everyone will enjoy playing. Third party games have stunk so far.

The problem with the Wii on this forum is that you have to be open minded to appreciate Wii's games, because not all their games are "Shoot aliens, blow up stuff"sexy_chimp

I'm not that big of a shooter fan(yet), but I like role playing games and some plateformers, and racers most. Nintendo has these games or will be getting them, but the fact is that most of the time they either wind up badly or just don't seem as great as what the PS3/360 has to offer. Not every cow or lemming is hooked on shooters afterall.

I'll put it like this.

None of those games even remotely makes me interested in buying the system. If the system itself was free I might be interested in buying one of those games but there's no way I'd spend real money to buy something like the wii. At least not some games that are simpley last generation titles made to use a diffrent controller.

SSBB - Never got into the Smash bros games, I don't have any good friends that are into them either, they are into Tekken and are anticipating Tekken 6 with online though.

MP3 - I disliked Prime, thought the backtracking lock-on and scanning bull was boring. I'll stick with Bioshock CoD4 and Crysis.

Zelda TP - Didn't like the feel of the game it wasn't as special as OoT or any of the other Zeldas, and the zelda formula is just getting old. They need to do something new with it. After playing Okami, zelda TP became just another action adventure game of that kind.

SMG - Game looks pretty fun, I will have alot more fun with LBP though. I can't wait to make my own levels and share them with my friends, and play other peoples levels too.

You forgot Nintys other big console franchises. Kirby, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Donkey Kong, and Pokemon. Out of those, none of them interest me in the slightest bit.

In fact, the only Wii game that interests me is Zach and Wiki, and it's a Capcom game.

I havent enjoyed a Zelda game since Majoras Mask.

The other 3 I am anticipating though.

Thanks, but I was mostly stating the Big Four Ninty games. I was considering putting in MK, but most sheep don't talk about it like they do the others.

I can respect the fact that some of my gaming roots came from a few of those franchises. However, I don't consider myself a casual gamer. As much as sheep might not want to hear it, Nintendo is a casual game company.
