obviously :lol: i already told you about why it sold higher...becuz of casuals. mgs is too much of a complex game for casuals to handle... you invite a buddy over who is a casual gamer or never played it b4(believe me i met people like this b4), "OMG HALO 2 ITS THE BEST GAME EVER!!! YOU SHOOT STUFF AND FIGHT MIDGET CONVENANT, and LARGER ONES TOO! OMG THIS IS GREAT BEST . GAME. EVER!!"... obviously if you played both(as i have) you'd find that mgs3 was by far the better game... better gameplay, and an EXCELLENT story...

as for your higher-ranking... :lol: greg kasavin doesn't know how to review :lol: halo does not have the history of mgs. your a fool even comparing halo to one of the most legendary games of all time...

it's true... casual gamers don't really like sticking there nose in complex games that requires the use of brains... honestly your telling me a casual is going to buy a game like metal gear, or even legend of zelda? :lol: no way, becuz it requires to much. halo 2 is easy to pick up and play... obviously more casuals will mean more sales.

omg yes halo has the better replay value... but anyone saying mgs is not the better franchise... is completely an idiot. most hardcore gamers will tell you mgs is by far the better game... and it is. stories phenomenal... it virtually redefiend what a game should look like on ps/ps2 at its time... your telling me mgs which is considered one of the best gaming franchises... is even comparable to halo? you got to be kidding me.

too human has serious issues according to everyone who has seen it including game journalists.

forza-when was the last time a racing game was goty?

that leaves halo3, bioshock and mass effect, compared to:

HS, lair, warhawk, ratchet and clank, uncharted, mgs4, ff13, and a few others for this year.

Umm, yeah. Have you ever played the PC version of Oblivion? It's a lot better than the 360 version...Better graphics, better performance, mods, etc....Jeez some people really don't know squat around here.

Also one other thing, comparing a year+ old PC game that was closely built for the 360 from the ground up to a PC game thats coming out a year and a half later is a little different.

Many reviers didnt give it AAA, many flaws have been pointed out, its more of case that GS hyped it up because it was the first "Next Gen" shooter, which is wasnt because its worse than Half-Life 2 in the graphics department let alone anything else..

 You can tell Xbox360 is rated easier due to its age.
