[QUOTE="TehNubTuber"] I think the large majority of gamers would disagree. Titles like MGS4, KZ2, MAG, GoW III, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 1 & 2 are just some of the example, and obviously I'm not just talking simples graphics, but industry leading features etc.TehNubTuber
Wait......... what? Please tell me of these "industry leading features".
Small things, but that's what pushed gaming forward, long gone are the times where a single game would completly revolutionize the industry, from MGS4 tons of technical feats like changing channel at the beginning, to MAG's massive 256 lag free battles, to Uncharted's insane animation and facial animations and story telling, to LBP's monumental push of user generated content on consoles to GoW III insane sense of scale and Heavy Rains pushing the boundires of cinema, games and art into a very confusing spectrum. I could go on and on and on and on.Only on Playstation... And PC :P
Changing channels? Really? How about the AI Director in Left 4 Dead? Or the livery editor and marketplace in Forza 3? The character and personality of Gears on top of Horde mode? Or even Forge and the Theater in Halo 3/ODST?
I'll give you MGS4 and UC2 simply because they were good whre it counted, the gameplay...whether they were graphical powerhouses or not. Halo 3's long legs are a credit to its solid, addictive gameplay coupled with community-focused features a years before LBP and UC2 had them.
Whether Crackdown 2 is good or not... well, we'll have to wait until next week when it's released.
