Usually, most videos or trailers that appear at GDC or E3 will be uploaded with better quality after the event is over.

UC2 and KZ2 look amazing,but not this amazing,and this is still pre alpha,open world,and destructible environments.Please...

Hopefully it isn't Crysis by name alone, it is difficult to be excited about the game when what I like about Crysis 'may' have been stripped out completely.

The Crysis sandbox editor is the actual software they use for creating games, it won't be released for consoles. It's like asking if they will release Unreal Engine 3 or the Tech 5 Engine for consoles.

Crytek would have to develop something separately.

Ok i am Crytek fanboy :),and ok,its not open world like Crysis but its still very much open with vertical type of gameplay.It means that you will also be able to go on the building floors and even go from one to the another.Its not completely open but it sure isnt singe path ;)

People should admit it,they didnt expect Crysis 2 to look like this on consoles.I just dont like falling rocks,it does not lag but it feels like paper,hope they work on that one.

That was very good.

Though1 thing stillbothers me: The ugly giant monkey nanosuit, instead of the old slim and realistic model.

I don't know why some aren't impressed.

It is poor quality video but as a massive Crysis fan it looks great, most of it was consoles as well. Tech wiseeverything looks great, and the enemy animation with the cover is alot better than Crysis 1. I don't see any problem visually, maybe some are disappointed as its not the jungle again which is generally more visually pleasing to the eye i guess, but i'm one of the Crysis fans that wanted a change of setting. When it comes to urban enviroments its bright and colourful compared to the usual dark browns and greys with see in games.

I can still see the Crysis gameplay in those levels aswell, the one which shows the deferred lighting is a very large play area as its a crossroads, i can see my self using the suit in that area alot. They'be said your be jumping between buildings, between floors. It all seems intact.

Maybe someone can point out what it is that they feel is lacking the "Crysis" vibe?

That was mind blowing. I can't wait to see some HD PC only footage. Finally have a reason to upgrade again.

this one is not going to be as amazing as when first cyrsis released. cuz they must spend more resource on console where they can make more $, so pc version is not going to be as revolunary as the 1st one.

Now in that game trailers link you can see how good it looks when rain is falling on the ground,drops of rain and water move in real time.Amazing looking indeed.

btw, cryengine 3 already :O ? dang, and i thought cryengine 2 was cutting edge and still is. I do remember that cryengine 3 is more optimized for console gaming but wow, crytek seems to be spending more time with engines than with games... and they seem like the only one using their engines too. where do they get all this money?
