Crysis 2: Xbox 360 (?) IN-GAME screenshots (No 56K)

EDIT: It seems that there's some doubt about whether these are actual 360 screenshots or not, due to per-object motion blurring and unusually high-resolution textures. It still seems likely that these are from the 360, due to some screen tearing in high-action areas which is only seen on console games (thanks to the lack of triple buffering). If the video was actually from the PC however, it puts all previous Crysis 2 footage into doubt.

Yeah, the 360 will never be capable of producing graphics on the level of Uncharted 2 :roll:

That looks damn good :). I read that there will be 6 game modes and the matches will be 6 vs 6 players. Also, Modules seem to be Perks lol. Should be interesting. There's supposed to be 12 maps, I wonder how big the biggest map(s) will be; the Garden Rooftops level is small-medium sized it seems.

It's a looker alright but the game will rise or fall depending on it's game-play - we shall see.

they did the whole hold Y in this trailer on PC, and if you noticed the gameplay video is essentially the same.

Looks like it wasn't actual multiplayer in the first place, but bots with nametags.... Which is depressing the hell out of me

Actually, they weren't. The PC booths all had mouses on them, which were used (just watch the PC videos, it's pretty easy to tell a mouse is being used).

EDIT: Also, a Crytek developer who attended GamesCon (Cry-Sam) mentioned that the Xbox 360 booths were actual 360s, not PCs.

I just heard though that the console version of the game doesn't have any anti aliasing support, and these images look a bit too smooth for that. Could just simply be played on a PC with a 360 controller as someone else mentioned. (During E3 for example it was played on a PC with 360 like spec)

If this is how the 360 version truly looks like though then I'm pretty impressed.

I was a bit doubtful about aliasing too, but in the middle of the video (during quite a large fight) you can see visible screen tearing, something that wouldn't be there if it was footage recorded on PC.

I love how high-res everything is. Beats the hell out of the likes of Call of Duty and Killzone with all the fuzz and blur. Ninja-Hippo

But, there's a heck of a lot of blur in those Crysis 2 pics. Motion blur, no doubt, but blur none-the-less.
