Crysis 2: Xbox 360 (?) IN-GAME screenshots (No 56K)

We'll see. This time PS3 owners won't be able to claim 'sloppy port' as it is being built from the ground up on both systems at the same time. Lets see which one looks better at launch but my money is with the more advanced GPU of the 360.

From the video they showed off recently it didn't look that special.

I still think that U2 actually looks slightly better than those still. Also, why are we trying to somehow use a multiplat game, that may well end up better on the PS3, for ownage? It seems like straws are being grasped for.Zoso-8

I just heard though that the console version of the game doesn't have any anti aliasing support, and these images look a bit too smooth for that. Could just simply be played on a PC with a 360 controller as someone else mentioned. (During E3 for example it was played on a PC with 360 like spec)

If this is how the 360 version truly looks like though then I'm pretty impressed.

Personally i dont see anything special about Rage Graphics to be honest. It looks good but not worthy of the hype. Gears 3 looks no different from Gears 2 in that they added a bit more color to it and foliage. But nothing mind blowing. The same goes for Crysis 2. Its ok but again nothing to write home about. (I stopped playing shooters mind you)

Woah, woah, woah. Calm down, PS3 fans. I'm not trying to bash Killzone or Uncharted here, just showing that it's possible on 360 with the proper effort.

Game looks great.

Graphics look top tier.

Uncharted 2 still looks better.

Shadows look high res, no aliasing, this can't be the 360 or PS3 version.

Plus the stage demo at Gamescom '10, which is the same as those screenshots, was on PC using a 360 controller, you can see their KB & M.

It looks nice, but saddens me to say it doesn't look as good as Crysis 1, doesn't give you amazing wow factor that Crysis 1 had.

It's not 360 version, Crytek is fooling lemmings like Remedy\Turn 10 and lots of other developers before. Read this:

Every single screen up there looked WAY too blurry to be better then uncharted 2. All I could think while looking at all those pics is "did I go blind over night, all these pics are really fuzzy"

SOrry, but what I see there and seeing uncharted 2 on my tv, Uncharted 2 definitely has the upper hand...

EDIT:I did just watch the video for the MP and it looks like it will keep me entertained for a while though. Looked really fun.

Although they look incredible i have a lot of doubts this is 360 version.There is actually one footage,of different level,confirmed to be played on 360 and it looked quite good its just that quality is not the best so i cant judge.

Anyway you people should not hype something unconfirmed.Its not really Crysis 1 level,especially textures and draw distance but its cool non the less.

Yea i mean...ofcourse...whatever you say ;) This are not impressive(some great per object motion blur here,HDR) ofcourse and they are bullshots :)

This looks equal or better than any current console game out...also it has colors other than grey...that by itself is better than kz2.
