You can argue that, but I don't remember being able to do more than one thing in Halo except run and gun. so Halo is the only generic "ugly" FPS in these quotes.

I like how console fanboys are calling our FPS's generic... Sorry guys, console FPS's are the main games that are generic and we started the trend. Find a new insult for our games and stop copying us. :P

Yeah that happens because PCs can upgrade every other year. To play Crysis on max settings in DX10 you going to wait until 2008 to play it. :lol:

timeshift looks terrible on the 360.....

its pretty damn good looking on the PC though...through higher res textures, and better effects....still though...it pales to crysis.

I think at the start of a new gen of console the PC is behind but it quickly catches up.

However the cost of these cards was near price of the console anyway.

However the year after prices were more comparable, and current day cheap performance GPUs like the 8800 GT dominate consoles.

If anything each gen consoles catch up to PC progression, but of course due to PCs progressive nature its always going to be leauges ahead. If anything it is the technalogical progressions that are made with PC hardware - that each generation of consoles rely on.

Ha , it was tree hours of gameplay and 7 of cutscenes , making it a 10 hour interactive movie at that time.
