Crytek: Crysis 2 on PS3 will be the best looking console game!

While Crytek is saying they will be visually identical (which I happen to believe as of now) they could possibly be fudging the truth and the 360 version may go to sub HD.

...or the opposite. I dont remember Fallout3 or Bayonetta devs claiming PS3 version would look worse.

I dont think this game has a chance at looking better than Uncharted 2. No surprise it will look better on PS3. It was built for each system separately and the PS3 is more powerful so the PS3 version will look the best. Maybe now Lemmings will just except that the 360 is inferior in power and is the weakest of the HD consoles.djsifer01

After what?Their Tech director stated that 360 runs shader heavy situations better then ps3,while ps3 runs physics situation heavy better.And as far as i know shader=graphics ;).

And not only does it have a chance,it will most definitely look better.As they said,Crysis 2 will look better then all console games and will be very tough to be topped by other exclusives.

And any players who really care about the game's graphics will surely get it on PC. :P

Physics also play a roll in ragdoll animation which is also a part of the huge thing called graphics as its a visual show of the animations and reactions of said physics.In a sense its a double edged sword/trade off.So one does better in one sense of graphical computation and the other in the animation sense which will be confined to the physics laws within the game itself.

I personally think both are going to look excellent, both consoles will be pretty much the same and Crytek will manage to push both em to a new level i think and hopefully put an end to the whole cell arguement argueably its slightly better at some things ala physics and GPU computation on the fly apart from that its a prettty unimpressive and annoying piece of kit.

Well i dont think that animations will be different,but physics and particles will benefit more from ps3 version as said,i also hope the game looks beast and the best on both system so people can stop arguing and actually play games.
