This is sad for an awesome game I guess nintendo fans can't take hardcore good games they prefer imagine series and high school musical I wish that game came out to PSP or PS3 as a dlc what a waste of a good game:(

DS owners don't purchase it if I had a DS this would be first game i'd get i'm even considering buying a ds for this masterpiece I played it on my friends DS

Yeah, an analyst prediction? You are reaching. Patcher predicted 450,000 units. Who do we believe? Neither, wait for the NDP. Also, its a DS game and like wii games they have legs and sell well for continued periods of time. Take this hardcore gamers don't have a DS garbage and leave it at the door, its annoying.

The game is selling fine and couldn't be done on PSP with it's lack of good controls. I'm so tired of PSP fans complaining that good games are not on their handheld system of choice. If it bothers you guys so much get out and do some field work and campaing to get people to buy the system.

The fanbase for the DS is massive. Everyone has a freaking DS almost all core gamers have one. The fact that's it's not selling is not just DS is for teh kidies like the Wii is. I don't know maybe people were put off by the crap that was GTA4 and weren't risking it in this economy?

Perhaps if people knew it existed? Honestly, GTA4 had tons of hands-on, gameplay videos, screen shots, and more months before the game even released. GTA:CW had about 2 trailers. I love the game but the marketing for it was just stupid.

Considering I know hardcore gamers that didn't know that it was coming out until after it was already out, I would say 200k is actually pretty decent. Put some advertising behind this game and it could have some serious legs.

Chinatown Wars got leaked about 2 weeks early. By the time the game was released, most people who wanted it finished it.

All i got to say is... I'm hooked to that game and it is great.

NPD is only a couple days away, I'll wait till then.

It needs more advertising. I only saw like 1 commercial for it on T.V.

It doesn't help that almost everyone when they first saw this game wrote it off and many still do without reason.

Those are the US sales. Its 450,000 Globally methinks (or so I have read on Kotaku). And its a fantastic game, perfect for handheld gameplay, and better than the Stories series.skrat_01

CTW is not a hardcore game it is a hype game.

200K for one month is not bad for a game but it is bad for a GTA game.
