[QUOTE="slvrraven9"]Ok so everyone let me ask this. if you were new to the current gen and you had to choose between MS and Sony but kinect and move doesnt interest you why would you choose the xbox....or why would you choose the ps3? whats to make you choose one or the other considering the games they have now and the games yet to be released? that is being a COMPLETELY UNBIASED gamer. locopatho
You talk about someone being "new to the current gen" but won't include full games libraries... If I was new to the current gen I'd want to play stuff like Mass Effect, Gears 1, Left 4 Dead series, just as much as I'd want to play exclusives. Include the full libraries if you want to be fair....

why pick a system for a game that the other system also has? ok look at it like this..... both the xbox and ps3 have bayonetta, cod, battlefield and dead space but the ps3 also has KZ3, KZ2, Uncharted, heavenly sword and the 360 had Gears 1-3, Halo, Project Gotham, Crackdown and others. out of that list the games to focus on are the games that the other system DOESNT have. i understand full library of games but the majority of these libraries can be found on other systems....so then its time to look at exclusives and this is where sony is still being a heavy hitter in. MS is too but their focus isnt on "traditional" games anymore. theyve changed their focus and now they push out "different" games...

[QUOTE="slvrraven9"][QUOTE="MajorPain10"] As of right now you are wrong, as Nintendo is the only one concerned in carrying us into the next generation. The Wii U may not have a "next-gen" graphical prowess but will definitely introduce us to a next-gen experience.monson21502

what i mean by my text is that they arent abandoning their fanbase and jumping straight to a new console while duping the still loyal current fans (i.e. nintendo) they arent changing theyre core focus (i.e. MS) theyre still giving us what we want and offering a wide variety to choose from in the current gen. a nice longevity and steady linenup.

what sony is giving you is the run around.... i.e. uncharted 3 with 3d and move support with worse graphics then its last game. 4 years to make a gt5 game that flopped. sony is just trying anything to keep the ps3 alive but its not gonna last the 10 years sony thought it would. sont wont be able to afford to support it plus vita plus ps4, ps3 games take to much money to make..... so enjoy your ps3 while you can it doesnt have much longer to live....

you DO know that sony makes profit off of every PS3 sold now dont you? been that way for the past 2 years now. also, giving us the run around? they have a lot of games in their lineup that they have plans to release or are releasing in the near future. i dont know where you get this run around from....i dont have 3d and i dont plan on getting one soon. i dont have move and i dont plan on getting it at all. all i care about is the games.....thats all i want. and instead of teasing out a game here and a game there...or making us wait till the end of the friggin year to give us the few exclusives left in the lineup sony keeps pushing them out at a steady pace. now dont get me wrong im not a fanboy, im not speaking from a bias.....i just want the games and right now, Sony is the one giving us a variety of choices...
