I can understand that. From Software don't have the best programmers in the world but I've always found these games look beautiful because I love their art work.

And opinions even for something THIS petty. Dislike somebody for liking something you don't, it's still a form of bigotry. It doesn't always have to be over something more serious such as politics, race, religion, etc. Again, I've also said that gamers are doing this to each other over their opinions, and "hardcores" are the worst of it all. I've always laughed at console fanboys who act like graphics whores. I mean, if you really cared about graphics then you would game exclusively on PC and wouldn't even give consoles a second-look. The Switch is the system I've been wanting for decades, and Nintendo (of course it was Nintendo) finally delivered. To be able to play a full console game on a big screen and then simply pick up the system and continue playing on the go is such a revolution in the industry that I expect Sony and Microsoft to eventually come out with their own hybrid solution in the future.

Yeah, the artwork and atmosphere is what makes it look cool. Just looking at the technical graphics, the game looks old and quite frankly a bit shit. Didn't even look good when it was new.

Horrible textures, weird hair (look at the fur of the wolf boss, looks like PS2 era), wonky animations, ridiculous ragdoll physics, just to name a few things.

With that said, I still think the game looks great because of other aspects.

Sure it peaked in 2009, but all consoles have a peak year. Even though the Wii peaked in 2009, it had a healthy 'tail' after its peak year. Like I said, it sold more software than the Wii U did until 2015. This is my problem with gaming journalists. Except, they are right. Nintendo brings something out of people that is weird. You can't simply criticize them without someone getting weird with it. It's like if Nintendo makes games accessible to a wide audience, people get mad and butthurt. Yet Sony and Microsoft are allowed to have annual sports games and COD, without people breathing down their neck. People also get personal with Nintendo when discussing their games. It's like logic goes out the window when talking about Nintendo.

I mean you can objectively say that you don't care for their hardware and software without being a huge hater. Just say something like, "I wish Nintendo would have more storage and at least have 720p and 30 fps for taxing games" or "I wish Nintendo would take more risks and upgrade their games or make new IPs more often." Not, "lulz! Nintendo only make Mario and Zelda. Iz lik 17 Zelda gamez and 30 Mario GaMeS every year! Nintenyearolds still buy them though!" Like you even have people excusing devs doing a bad job simply because it's happening to Nintendo. Like come on... To date I've owned a game boy, a GBC, a GB Advance, a gamecube and a wii. I'd have bought a wii u but the price didn't come down. I may even buy a switch some time soon, but again, not at that price. You started with a false fact and carried on going. Amazing.

You don't objectively do it. I've yet to see you be objective. It's insult after insult. I'm also proof that you can objectively criticize them. I've criticized them on this forum and other forums. I talk about their online being bad, I talk about their terrible storage, I rant about how Nintendo should create studios in different locations so their games appeal to everyone globally, etc. I've said a lot about their flaws and I don't get dog piled.

Again with the babies and assuming things about ME. I like Sony games and own a PS4, so why would I mock their games. The most I can really say is that their games don't have longevity and that's true. I can also say that Microsoft needs to improve their exclusive content and that's also true. Why would I write off popular games? I'm the one defending casuals the most.
