Dead Rising 2 At TGS And May Not Be 360 Exclusive

Yeah the fact they re-spawn is the single stupidest thing in the whole game.

The game would be boring as hell if zombies didn't respawn.

Dead Rising was on PC as well as 360, so it was never an exclusive. Capcom has said they want to do multi-platform games, look at RE5 and DMC4B1ACK_MAGE

Same here, the PS3 finally has enough consoles out in the market to generate some sales for the game, but Im betting the 360 will be the lead platform for the game.

It shouldn't, they talked about straying form exclusivity ever since Dead Rising was released.

Word is leaking from Capcom today that Dead Rising 2 could be making a brief appearance at TGS later this month.

No word on whether or not this will be on the show floor, or behind closed doors but we'll be sure to bring you more information on the title as and when we get it. Other information is coming forward claiming that Dead Rising 2 will not in fact be a 360 exclusive like the first title was and may be coming to PS3 as well. This is certainly no surprise with Capcom already having stated earlier this year that they wanted to make the most out of their new IP's. Could this mean a port of Lost Planet for PS3 too?

For me, the original Dead Rising was the first must have title for the 360 shortly after launch. Only let down by a poorly implemented save system, with a little work in this area DR2 could be yet another must have.

In other Capcom news, both Resident Evil 5 and Devil May Cry 4 will be on the show floor and almost certainly both playable to some extent.

Because Ps3 is selling so well and its the best system on earth. Maybe thats why?

how could they lose DR2 if capcom never confirmed it was exclusive to begin with?

renegade. what the crap man ps3 is the one that's loosing exclusives. 360 has not really lost anything to the ps3 the only thing is that some games go to pc.

I love Dead Rising.
