Delay Station 4 strikes again.

Cue the "I'd rather have it delayed and have a polished game then it perform badly"..

Which I actually agree with, good on them to take the time to get the game right, not to mention it's not a huge delay...Saying that.. I can't help but wonder why so many PS4 games are getting delayed though, I thought the architecture was easier to develop for then the X1, yet we don't see quite as many delays on that platform.

By Wesley CopelandFromSoftware's next title, Bloodborne, has been delayed until March 24, 2015 in North America and PAL regions except for the UK and Ireland, which is now March 27.

They should delay TheCorridor1886 as well... indefinitely.

Good both Bloodborn and The Order didn't need to be released in Feb.

To be fair I don't think they are honest about the reason of delay I think they delayed it because they don't want to release 2 of their main exclusives at the same month.

No big deal. More time to get through more PS3/PS4/PC games, because I know I'll want to play this one as soon as it comes out, and it will probably be like a drug.

maybe because the PS4 hardware was finalized on Feb of last year and a full year is not enough to accommodate the game to the specs? The Xbone on the other hand had its specs set on stone from the beginning. The only thing they changed was the CPU's frequency at the last minute when they realized the PS4, on paper, was considerably more powerful than their current console.

And remember that games are not like a pre-rendered movies like Shrek and shit either. They need to code for hardware that will render these images in real time. They need more artists, more programmers and more people in general to finish games that are expected to have better AI, better animations, better lighting, better textures and better everything. Stuff like physics and draw distance are things that take a huge toll on the hardware. HW that devs know its limits on paper but not in actual use.

They ought to change it to 'See you next year!'.

Need to downgrade it more like the Order.

I'd normally be pissed since its THE game i want to play but TW3 comes out this February. Getting 2 amazing titles in 1 month is baaaad so im perfectly okay with this delay.

You mean besides a AA two months ago, AA last month, and a as far as metacritic since still no GS score a AAA this month. It seems things are going pretty good for the X1. Also there was a AAA earlier this year. So how is the PS4 doing? Oh let me guess you will give some nonsense about a cheap indie game to compare to the AA and AAA retail games the X1 gets. Oh and also XBL works unlike PSN lol.

Delay a month can be nothing. But, from recent experience. A game that is delayed is due to fail miserably.

and what exactly does X1 have beginning of next year???? nothing everything coming at the end of the year it seems and nothing is even confirmed as of yet. great to say delay station and yet the competitor has no game coming

It is almost sad how low the Sony fans have become. Not only is your biggest ammo cheap indie games but you are still talking about Journey. I mean it was kinda sad acting like a indie game was the best thing ever when it released but you even still trying to act like a indie game on the PS3 is ammo for the PS4.
