Despite how much you hate MW2 all you MW2 haters......

I havn't played more than 5 hours of that piece of ****. I hate the damn campers online, ruins the game for me. There are a lot better games to play IMO...:P

The game is very fun and fast paced and people just hate it because its a popular game backed by a terrible publisher. Still, I admit that while the weapons and attachments are balanced quite well, some of the perks are straight up terrible ideas. Commando makes the already crazy melee range even crazier letting players teleport several feet to instantly kill an opponent who just filled said knifer with lead. Danger Close was pretty much meant for unskilled n00bs, and letting One Man Army stack with Danger Close it probably the stupidest balancing idea since the Assault Class in Killzone 2. Akimbo is also way uncool with certain weapons like Rangers and Glocks.

Overall though, its a fun game. If there was a game type without perks it would be much more enjoyable, though I think some perks like Ninja and Marathon are well balanced on their own (but lightweight... who thought THAT one up?).

personally i dislike the game because i have played the other CoD games and the only difference is scenery and guns. Seriuosly though how many games are the gonna make with the CoD title waste of time and money. Play one u have played them all. More than 3 on a FPS game is just trying to get money out of ppl. At least with rpgs like Final Fantasy things change between games and the battle system changes, story etc. to make the game fun. FPS games though there is only so much you can do to the engine to change gameplay and even then with CoD games setup and gameplay seem to be the same game with diff scenery.

it was fun for while i admit. But! it is properly one of the most noob-friendly, over-perked and "consolized" fps to date.

Its just HORRIBLE in every aspect.

i dont understand what it means when people say "noob friendly". are you upset because some people were able to be good at the game without putting 1000 hours into it? and because of them being good so quickly, you were mad cause you were getting your butt handed to you? While MW2 definately has problems, its still fun, and thats what counts.

Well, it's not that the game sucks, it's that it's too damn easy to exploit. They went too crazy with the perks, made some BAD choices with the knife and explosives. Black Ops looks to be 100 times better.

I'm a hater and I put almost 5 days into the online. Why you may ask? It was the only game any of my friends ever wanted to play and it was just an excuse to socialize and be dumb . Luckily when BC2 got out, I got a few buddies to buy that and start playing that instead! And I sold my copy (of MW2) lol. Now though, almost every friend I got now is going to be on Reach, cannot wait!

Just over 10 days so 240 or something hours.

As you can see, not a hater :P.

I bought the game, played it for a couple hours, and then realized its just as imbalanced as COD5, and has nothing different in it then COD4. I still play COD4 sometimes, but MW2 is just bad.

I found that how good something was and how fun it was to use was inversely proportional.

3 or 4 days....thinking of selling it though
