I don't know how much I like the constant perspective changes and the instant take downs. They look cool though. AAllxxjjnnR6 Vegas was quite alright for them, they feel about the same here is if they didnt bother you there I dont think they should bother you here. The instant takedowns do seem a little cheap based off of the video, but one they are on a timer, so you can only use them once and then they recharge (which is why I think he shot the guy in head with the pistol after the dual takedown). I do hope they dont make the game to easy...
it appears as if the game is too easy. designer-Difficulty is probably the worst thing to try to discern from a closed-door E3 demo presentation.

Im just going on what we see, but as the Jesse James poster said this was with Adam heavily upgraded, and since it would look pretty bad if Adam died in the presentation you are hopefully correct...
This is why I hate CGI-video's, because this doesn't look anywhere close to what was portrayed in the trailer. As if it lost alot of detail and simply became bland. Heck, even the main character looks different.
This -V- looks awesome, the demo did not.
Sigh, I know gameplay is all that matters but the vibe and amount of detail shown n the trailer were so awesome ... atleast the voice-acting is good.
Well good thing those cgi bits are part of in game cut scenes. This is why I hate CGI-video's, because this doesn't look anywhere close to what was portrayed in the trailer. As if it lost alot of detail and simply became bland. Heck, even the main character looks different.

Yeah, but you can't play CGI. :/
Well you can't expect the game to look as good as cgi.game looks great to me so far....graphics look just fine because idc about that at all really...deus ex is all about the rich world, NPC interactivity, RPG elements, environments etc
i played Deus Ex in 2005 for the first time and it is my favorite game OF ALL TIME...so that's how little graphics mean to me for this game
i just really hope they get that Deus Ex feel
so far it looks great though....the club scene screamed deus ex to me and that's what i love

Well you can't expect the game to look as good as cgi.I understand but I expected a much more detailed characters. Obviously there's a drop in quality when you go from CGI to real-time but I just find this drop way too severe.
Take a look at this one. It's that blond guy from FF13. Left is CGI, right is in-game. This is what I call totally acceptable, infact I would say job well done.
Now take a look at the pic of the cyber-guy I posted and compare it to his face in the demo. As I said before, it's as if he lost quite some detail. Especially the facial hair, it was quite "edgy" in the CGI-trailer.

The main character looks just about the same. Not as detailed, but still very close.
