Developers dont care about pc anymore

Example GTA4. This port is a complete garbage. I have a Core2duoE8600,2gb ram, HD4870 and I am getting only 13-20fps. If this keeps going on pc gaming will die soon.Love-Bank

Try playing GTA IV @console level res i.e. 720p.

GTA crap port =/= developers dont care.

It means a developER does not care in testing or basic Q&A......
