Thats something i would love to see. i only playeed 3 and 4

...the old Dante just isn't "cool" anymore.

Dante has never been cool, not even in a ridiculous way. He is just another borderline homosexual icon from another cutscene heavy Japanese game. It's a pity that the difficulty mode Dante Must Die wasn't a literal game mode.

Having said that, he's gone from an overly flamboyant homosexual sex symbol who talks back to EVERYTHING - to a broody teenager who can't dress himself.

I don't care what Dante looks like, as long as the gameplay is legit. He could be crying aloud aslong as I can custom combo jump cancel all day, every day.

That being said, the new looks are disheartening, it seems like Ninja Theory knows they can't do anything with the gameplay, so they are changing the way everything looks with it being a reboot as its cover story.

Although I believe DMC should be played on PlayStation, I might just have to get this for Xbox as it's such a rare occurence.

Even Splinter Cell which is more of an Xbox franchise has it's HD collection being PS3 exclusive. That would be like Rockstar making a GTA collection that's Xbox exclusive, GTA was always more of a PS franchise. (argue this all you want, it was timed exclusive while the xbox/pc were afterthoughts)

1. GTA started on the PC.

2. Every single GTA game has been superior on the PC.

If anything it's a PC franchise. :)

and I'm one fo the few people that enjoyed 4. Wasn't amazing, but it was fun.

Which means the PC version isn't an afterthought. :)

Even GTA4, which is horribly optimized, not only looks better than the console versions, but it can be run at 60fps. AND allow for some fantastic mods. I am still waiting for the PS3 version to be able to do that.

Is there a way where I can get rid of 2 and 4 and pay a lower price?

If they make this remake then great go for it if they totally redo 2 and make it like 3 and 4 i would love capcom forever but if i had to choose i would take 1,3, and 4 they can burn 2 crap game.

I have the trilogy collection of 1 and 3 on the PS2. Will buy again though for the awesomeness!

DMC 1 with DMC3 controls and camera and I am sold :)
