When you still have games not hitting 4k, you shouldn't be advertising the system as a 4k console. PS4 Pro has some games that hit 4k, but it still has no business calling itself 4k if it can't hit that native setting across the board. I don't think it's that hard to comprehend.

The Pro was made for 4k displays too... but like the X, it's not capable of hitting native 4k in all cases. It's not a higher-end graphics card, which can hit 4k depending on what the user does with the settings. Console gamers are at the mercy of the publisher and dev to make the games 4k or not. No console maker should be advertising "4k" in any form if the the library isn't always capable of doing this. Only individual games if they're native.
I remember Sony getting sued once for advertising Killzone MP as 1080p when it wasn't for using a temporal effect. Nowadays, it just became okay to advertise games and console resolutions for something they're not? What changed? These consoles should be advertised as "4k capable".

Wrong! It's just a more powerful console. I agree, if it can't hit a native 4k resolution, then it's not a 4k console. When a movie reads "4k Ultra HD" that doesn't mean that it just looks better on a 4k set because it's completely subjective if it even does look better. It means that it's being displayed at a "native" 4k resolution.

When it comes to facts, there's little I need to tell myself, for there are sources that tells for me. You should try it out sometime.
You mean facts like the X is better than the Pro? And once Xbox improves their exclusives output (which they are doing, according to Phil Spencer), that Xbox will be on par with, if not better than, what PS4 offers in almost every way (except if you like Japanese games)?

At a much higher resolution. FPS has always been the same on most games. 30 fps is the standard for console games so the measure has been resolution and details both of which are better on the X1X. There is no debate here, the X1X is vastly superior to the Pro.
I know you're not trying to say the Pro is equivalent in power? Since it's not, it's up to the devs when it comes to performance but so far the X1X versions have been superior in every way with only a few exceptions.

While in most of the games, the framerate is constant between both console, there has been instances where the pro has had the more stable framerate. Don't believe me? This very comparison proves me right. I know that the x1x is superior (I'm not going to say "vastly" because to me, the pro is the better bargain currently) to the pro in hardware and specs, MS sure do reminds us with the price tag, and that fact bothers me, not one bit. It seems that the x1x ONLY having a advantage in power, and have not came across the gaming community as "value" over the pro, have been having the die hard lemming "triggered" for some odd reason.

Those are used as guidelines for consumers and not indicative of actual results. I've also seen game charts showing higher FPS using weaker hardware than I have as well. There's a lot of variables too including video driver used, your OS configuration, background tasks and hardware such as RAM timings, bandwidth, throttling or bottlenecks...etc.
