when the ps3 slim came out it took over consoles when the psp go came out it took over handhelds, sony is back on top

How so? The August NPD numbers showed Sony still solidly in 3rd even though the Slim had been out for 2 weeks of August. September numbers are not out yet so no way to know.I'm sure the slim will boost the PS3 numbers in Sept. but will it be enough, and I doubt the numbers will stay that high.

As far as the PSP go is concerned it just came out Thursday, today is Saturday. 3 Days and you are saying it outsold the DS and DSi in those 3 days? I doubt you will even be able to buy a PSP Go new in two years it will be a giant flop for Sony. Other than the smaller size, smaller screen and a $50 higher price tag what does it offer? Taking the UMD out was about as big a mistake as taking the backwards compatibility out of the PS3.

Digital Download is not the future. People spend $40-$60 for a game want something physical in their hands not something that can be erased by data corruption. They also want to be able to re-sell a crappy game instead of being stuck with it, and the PSP has a wealth of crappy games.

I agree that the ps3 will win in quality games by the end. I ve had the 360 for two years, and its just getting lame now.
