I will be going out into the wild this morning to try to get one. Are YOU in for one, SW? Post pics!

An emulator box that probably has input lag and poor visual processing? Count me out, I still have my snes and sd2snes hooked up to my TV.
The only good thing going for it is the case/shell. It's a decent gift for grandma but that's about it.
Yep. Sat at work waiting for amazon to deliver. Should be here soon.
Got it as a surprise for my wife. She loved the NES mini so should love this even more!
Looking forward to a few bottles if wine and some SNES classics tonight.
Pleased it comes with 2 controllers.
@SecretPolice: you might think I’m a fool for buying one but I know I’ll get my moneys worth out of it. I could have got a pi but the misses wouldn’t have a clue how to work it.
Plus it’s only £70. Hardly breaks the bank.
Looks like plenty of stores had stock looking on Twitter. Lots of happy gamers by the looks of things.
no, most the games I'd want to play on it I already own on my Wii/WiiU, and surely Switch will (someday) get VC support so don't really see the utility of something like this for myself
I did the midnight launch at Walmart, was 7th in line and they had 24. The thing is so freaking cool!
Yep! I went to the 24 hour Walmart around a hour before midnight and got one. I was number 28 in line and they had 42 available.
It looks so adorable next to it’s older brother, the NES Classic. Now, bring on the N64 Classic!
Getting my two pre-orders later. One to keep and one for a gift or if resell value holds it will be sold later on. This toy will go beside my NES Classic which I still haven’t even touched lol. They’re basically the same thing, same guts just different shell and easily obtained games except one for now. Nintendo doing well in the toy business.
Can your SNES play Michael Jordan Chaos in the Windy City?
I have never heard of that game. I just checked out a clip on Youtube, and I know what I'm hunting for at the local vintage gaming shops now!

@Angel
But at least I have the option too play it. Those Nintendo Minis can't.
@Golden
Yea, it was good game in the 90's. I was able to find it earlier this summer and I played just 1 level and it fun.
I'm going to play it over the weekend.
So what did everyone decide to play? I did a little bit of everything, before finally getting stuck into Earthbound.
Didn't know anything about the game prior to starting it except that it's a JRPG. Enjoying it a lot so far, though the strength increases of enemies from just one screen to the next is a little jarring. I do like that if the game knows you'll easily beat something it just skips the fight, while still giving you the rewards.
@PSP107: Ok. Well it's definitely not a game that I feel bad about not being able to play that's for sure.
Nah, just not nostalgic enough to be into it and I'm not a collector. It's my all time favorite console, but it's like.... I already have all the games just a click away >_>
Only attractive point to me is Star Fox 2.
Its not worth it, you can beat the game in an hour.
There is a reason it never released.
