Digital Foundry vs Ryse- Looks worse than Assassins Creed!

Its not too often you see a TC get owned after just the first post. This can be avioded if you pre'read your posts before posting it. That being said:

Visually, Killzone looks better. I don't need websites telling me which looks better. At the end of the day, it's subjective.

This is all opinion cause my opinion is that it does outshine Killzone, and obviously the website in question on this topic thinks so too.

I agree with this. it looks better than AC but KZSF looks a lot better and also runs smoother.

It's a gorgeous game. No quite Ryse or Killzone level, but it's definitely a looker.

Enough with the goal post silly troll,it is lemming who want to move it all the time,so paying for online is great until sony charge for it,games with cut scenes are bad until MS has them,dedicated servers suck until MS had them.

Ryse not only is full of cut scenes in fact most of what had been shown since E3 was that screen of great looking cut scenes,since the gameplay look nothing like it,it sucks very bad to,so unlike MGS4 and Uncharted Ryse truly sucks.

So you never played Uncharted apparently,Uncharted has treasures hidden all over the place and you have to find them,the fact that you can miss a ton of them just by not exploring kill your crappy damn argument,on Ryse you do nothing but hack and slash,hell even GOW which is another hack and slash has exploration.

You are a sad crybaby MGS4 has a damn 10 here,a damn 10 there is not a single damn 360 exclusive with a 10 from this site,it can have 15 hours of cut scenes,the gameplay was great so was the story,unlike Ryse which sucks gameplay wise,story wise,basically in fall fronts.

Killzone looks so much better I didn't even bother to use it. I compared it to AC4 on PS4 and posted clear proof to anyone with decent eyesight that ryse is so blurry that any advantage it might have is blurred away to end up worse.

Just finished ryse last night. Starting ac4 today. Have to say ryse ruins ac4 with zero competition. In fact I think ryse looks way more impressive than pc versions of stuff like crysis 3. Way better atmosphere and settings. And ive played the pc stuff on max (have a 670). Gameplay drags in some spots but the game is astonishingly good looking.

I never say it was a sandbox game,but compare to Ryse it does look like it,even more online Uncharted 3 allow you even slide down cables while shooting,jump from roof tops enter buildings,can you do that on Ryse.?

Nobody is going to call PSN great just because Sony is charging for it. If PSN improved AND is as integrated and seamless a Live will anyone start calling it good or great even. Again have you played Ryse? How can you sit and talk about a game when you've never played it? I can talk about Uncharted because I have and it IS one of the most linear games I've ever played. Why would you compare Uncharted 3 to Ryse when they're completely different games?You don't run and gun in Ryse so your point is moot. BTW MGS4 9 hours of cut scenes so you can stop comparing Uncharted to Ryse, unless you want to talk about how linear Uncharted is.

Those 9 hours of cut scenes hurt the game for me. I didn't like watching the equivalent of 3 3 hour movies. It didn't get a 10 in my book and since my opinion matters to me more than GS reviews do, that's all that matters.

What's the matter? You can't answer the question? Did you play Ryse? How would you know the story sucks? How would you know the cut scenes hurt the game? From what I've read and heard it's the repetitive game play and QTE aspects that hurt it. Didn't once hear that it was the cut scenes that made the game suck. Answer the question El Tormented, HAVE YOU PLAYED RYSE? If the answer is no (and we all know it is) then you have no business making asinine statements about it's game play or cut scenes. Go play it 1st before giving your uneducated bias opinion
