It's 10x better than sony high bet on ps4 and still wont save the company from bankruptcy

That's cool, at least he's being real with us.
Looking forward to how it helps PC gaming. It'll further the gap even more with consoles considering most of the computers in the world are low to mid range. And that's probably where you'll see the improvement. Although other features might help PC gaming across the board.
@cfisher2833: But that's not sure, Bungie has said there are no plans on making a PC version
For the first Destiny. Activision's contract with them REQUIRES them to make a PC version for the next installments in the franchise. Read it here: http://documents.latimes.com/bungie-activision-contract/
It's only the first game (of four that's planned) that's not planned to be on PC due to the requirement it be on 360/PS3--again this could change.
next installments yes, this one, no
Oh that Phily, he's one slick operator and knows how to under promise and over deliver - can't wait !! That other company "cough Phony" always seam to do the opposite.:P
Phil is a genius so I have to take his word. The Kinect boost has shown Destiny at 1080p. The parity is coming to a end. Having more tools for the future is only going to help. Thank you Phil.
Life would be grand if was revealed that you and Heili were the same person, and were being paid by both Sony and MS.

You might want to check out P2M Microsoft State of the Union. I was on their podcast talking to Heil. So unless I am two people, everyone can drop this theory.
After further checking, Phil was commenting on the ease of development when transitioning to DX12. Not that it won't have a impact on graphical power.
Typical cows only hearing what they want to.
Cows gonna Cow, but every little bit of dev performance gains are a good thing. I didn't buy the One cause it was the most powerful system as if that's what I wanted I would juts build a gaming PC. I bought it cause it has the games I want to play most. Don't have or see a reason yet to own a PS4, though maybe someday. Less than a **** is given by me over the difference in power between the two consoles.
Please just shut up
Collecting those tears, sacred RR360DD tears.
OT: There's been some hilarious melt down comments over at misterX as he damage controls this into the high heavens. Everyone knew there wouldn't be an ground breaking improvements on the bone. Lol at some of the past comments like doubling the GPU power of the Xbone. Holy shit. This was always hyped and set up to fall down crashing into broken dreams.
I thought it was already understood that the main benefit of DX12 on Xbox was to better spread workload across CPU cores while giving PC a more console like API. Dx11 puts most of the workload on one core, overall I don't expect a doubling in GPU power, just a more efficient system.
@The_Last_Ride:
Kinect Less / Patching / Dx 12 / SDKs ... Whatever the heck MS trying to say ... 7790 is an 7790 !! If you cant change that crap of a GPU theres nothing you can do in order to really upgrade graphics .
Graphics are NOT only about resolutions or FPS . Assuming X1 will make it to 1080p , will FPS be stable? Wil make it to have the depth of view like PS4 , shadows , lighting will be the same ? Or in order to achieve the same resolution and FPS theyll drop graphical settings which most likely that will be the case ?
7790 >>>> 7850 ... end of story. Whatever patch comes that cant change and thats the main factor when it comes to graphics.

i agree, MS made their bed with the console. But look at Nintendo, they still make great games for their console

I agree . Nintendo though does something even more ridiculous than MS marketing fails about power ...
And thats the fact that they letting down their userbase toooo early by letting their consoles go in life support too early for too long till they eventually die. It happened with N64 ( short of ) GC ( the main reason that been given were the bad sales that indeed were too low ) ,then it happened with Wii which then they had ZERO excuses for that to happen with 100M+ million users and huge profits and last but not least i bet the same thing will happen with Wii U for obvious reasons.
So not only you buying a console that is underpowered and imho too expensive for what it offers hardware wise but you also know beforehand that its lifespan will be short. Add the facts that its missing massive amount of multiplatforms and that if someone is just a gamer and NOT a hardcore Nintendo fan most probably wont find something THAT awesome to play with except very few exceptions like Zelda/Xeno X and maybe some more games here and there ( like Mario main series ) and there you have it ...
Wii U is the least pleasing hardware to buy if you are NOT , i repeat , if you are not that much into Nintendo games. Other than that yes , Nintendo knows how to make games even if they repeat the same formula, games like Zelda and Xeno X , definitly were awesome. But 3-4-5 games overall wont justify a purchase for me... A simple rent for each title im interested for around 30$ each per week , with 120$ around ill get all the great Nintendo experience ( that i find good even ) while with the 350$ left can buy a PS4 or X1. My personal opinion that is !!
@AzatiS: Nintendo still has the aspect of having interesting and unique first party title, even though they have no third party games. Same can't be said about X1

Thats very true. But as a system is not appealing at all if your not into Nintendo titles that much let alone while you missing all those massive amount of multis AND you know beforehand , once again , that this product lifespan is limited. Nintendo traditionally since N64 letting their consoles in life support too early

True, but MS abandoned the 360 in 2012

Yeah , MS did stop early for original Xbox as well
@The_Last_Ride: Forza Horizon 2, Titan Fall... what are you talking about?
Both not exclusive, in 2013 there was only one that was exclusive, catching my drift?
