As a PS3 owner, it looks great and I'm buying it, but I seriously never cared all that much for GoW. I'll get it for the presentation, but beyond that, it won't change the way I feel.

I would have to disagree. Especially the disgusting port for the PS3. I always enjoyed DMC over GOW but Bayonetta is just too much. Pointless moves, boring dodge. Easy mode Witch Time is horrible.

God of war was never popular for it's deep gameplay though, it was all about it's presentation, top of the line graphics/art style, Epic story, big scale, and amazing Pace at which the game constantly is taking you to new areas.
A few youtube videos on the harder difficulty's will make you eat your own words. It's challenging if you let be so.

Lets agree to disagree because that is down to opinion, you clearly love you some Bayonetta, I predict GOW to be AAA, at the moment I'm leaning towards 9.5. The overall experiance in GOW3 will be much better than Bayonetta.
Not a chance. It's a fact that GoW3's combat is nowhere near as deep or rewarding as Bayonetta. And gameplay is the most important part in a game. I love depth.
I seriously don't get what's with your love with Bayonetta. It was a great game but when you realize that only a couple moves are really effective, the gameplay becomes pretty much the same thing over and over. This "depth" bullcrap has got to stop.

I do really want to play it, but once I'd beaten it in 2-3 days, I would want having Halo Reach back. I like to play something that will give me some replay value.

No point arguing with you it seems. Obviously you're in love with Bayonetta.
As a PS3 owner. I won't be getting it. I'm new to the series, so i imported the GOW collection, and it was very dissapointing. Poor story, weak fighting, Terrible graphics(To be expected from a remake)
I will wait and see the reviews it gets, and if it scores high, maybe buy it when it's cheap, but for now, Bayonetta will be fine.
