No . There is not a single thread about that game by console gamers and it is underrated as well . They only care about sales and GOTYs .

They tend to only like shitty games that are heavily marketed (money=good) like Destiny, so...no. Sad really as it's one of the best FPSs in recent memory.

Yeah, I was actually really astonished at just how much I actually gave a shit about Hoji and Lo Wang. Even Bioshock Infinite was never able to make me really care about Elizabeth, but Hoji....that's another story. Really really odd considering it's hardly the type of game that you would expect that from.

Exactly my thoughts . I was expecting it to be mindless but fun shooter with generic or next to no story ('aliens are invading earth , kill them all' kinda stuff) but I was surprised that plot and characters were well written . IGN reviewer mentioned that as well . It was a nice surprise and made the game even better . Can't wait for the sequel :-D

Not for $40 for sloppy seconds, if it were $15 as an arcade title on XBL or PSN then sure, but no not until it goes down in price, like way down.

Why have'nt I bought this yet? It easily looks better than all "curren gen" shooters.

Played through the campaign and had a good time. However it's not exactly a masterpiece. The main hook is the excessive gore, which is fun don't get me wrong, but it wears a little thin after a while. In general the game is a little too long for its own good. It lacks the enemy/encounter variety to sustain that many hours. I wish there were more moves to unlock for the sword for one thing. The boss fights are also fairly weak. I mean they attack so rarely that you have always time to regain health between each attack. This pretty much makes them broken.

Some of the writing is kind of funny if you are in the mood though. Like: "Wang is a dish best served cold".

I don't think many pc gamers care about it. All time peak player count is 877.

Seems if you market your FPS as "old school honest to god FPS" that people will throw money at it.

That's the number of simultaneous users playing the game, not the total amount of people who have bought it. On their steam page alone there are over 4,000 reviews, and it's impossible to review a game on steam if you haven't bought it; even with this, it's not indicative of sales as most people don't bother writing reviews for the games they've bought--I know I've only reviewed like 2 or 3. It's also not surprising that the simultaneous peak player count is low considering this is a single player only game that only lasts for 15-25hrs on avg.
