i think the same can be said with mgs4, FF, dmc4... it never ends... both sides do it...
I don't like stealth games like MGS and Slinter Cell and I never got into DMC. I do like FF and God of War, as well as GT4.
360 fanboys love MGS 4? Really? We love a game we've never even played? That's news to me.
It also seems pretty innacurate. MGS2 didn't sell well enough on the first Xbox to warrant a port of MGS3, so where are you getting that we love it?

You're pritty innacurate, MGS2 wasn't even out on the xbox, unless you mean substance which wasn't that great even on the ps2 (check reviews).
MGS2 - MGS2 Substance: The same damn game.
Substance had some extra mini games, V.R. missions, and features; but the core game is exactly the same. I think you know what he meant. Let's not get ridiculously technical about things, going so far as to say somebody is inaccurate because they didn't bother to include a stupid subtitle.

I have played Halo 1 and 2 and Gears. The first Halo was great when it first came out. It was a fun game, but definitely nothing special as far as FPSs go. In my opinion there are so many other better FPSs out there. Halo was fun but just not special. Halo 2 was just to much like the original for me. Nothing special at all. Also throw in the really terrible story. Gears is a great looking game and fun to play. Single Player and Co-op is fun to play through the story mode. Multi player completely sucks though. 4v4 is not fun at all. The rounds are way to short
i think gears look great and it look fun. i always like the cover system in a shooter. i never liked fps even when i had halo 2 i traded it in for NG:black, but never got to play it because my xbox died on me :cry:
i enjoy playing multi-player halo from time to time but i really cant stand anything about Gears Of War, it is just a terrible game and i can't stand it...

Same thing here, but although i've never played gears i really think its a great game from all the videos i've seen.
I'm not a cow (although I do have a PS2 and PSP), but I have to say, Halo is horribly, horribly overrated. I have both Halo's (Halo 1 on PC Halo 2 on Xbox) and don't play them at all. I regret I bought them. Gears, on the otherhand, is brilliant. I don't have it but I've played it at a friends house and it was great. caje47
