Um, I haven't bought a Wii game in a long time, but there are a few I plan to get when I have the time and money, those being:

I have lots of games I could talk about. Unfortunately they don't have guns, shooting, and violence, so I'd be ridiculed for even mentioning them.

I can easily mention a ton of PS3 and 360 games that don't have to much violence or blood that was released this year and scored at leat a 7 (meaning a Good game).

The Wii is a gaming failure. That's all there is to it.

There are about 10 users left in SW who defend it in every thread where it is mentionned. The same 10 or so users that are in this thread repeating the same old arguments we've heard before.

Crazy insane arguments that make absolutely no sense from our perspective, from gamers' perspective.

Like sales. Sheep have already decided that the winner this gen is the Wii because of its sales while everyone else is sort of looking at each other going "wth... sales? Really?" Yes the Wii is a commercial success for Nintendo. It's not a gaming success for gamers at all though.

The Wii has a pathetic library. It's been out two years now with its massive sales and almost nothing has come out of it. Nothing. Which is made all too clear when those same 10 users I was talking about defend the Wii's library with Wiiware and VC titles that supposedly keep them satisfied until the next Zelda hits. Whenever that's going to be. And either way how pathetic is that, just to keep hoping for the next big Nintendo franchise to hit while PS3 and 360 owners have so many games from both first and 3rd party to chose from.

Sheep have really gone haywire this gen. To them, it's like there's no concept of quality anymore. And if anyone even suggests quality, then they are shut down because it's "subjective". I remember a time where people use to be able to tell good games from bad ones and where people actually agreed on the quality of most titles. I mean sure there are always fanboys who will say that Halo, MGS or Mario are garbage but most gamers know these games are good even if they are not for them. Now good games are tossed aside for million sellers and everytime someone mentions how good or how bad a game is, they get shut down because that's their 'opinion'.

But don't you dare question the sheep's opinion though. All those games on the Wii that nobody cares about except for sheep, they're all gems. They're all diamonds in the rough. And if anyone questions the quality of those games they get hammered with a barrage of "why don't you stick with your guns and space marines because that's all there is to your console" or even better "we enjoy those games because we are true gamers and blah blah blah and we like know more than you because we are Nintendo fans".

Funny how everyone had high (not even high... just some) expectations for the Wii and now that's it's sucking hard, well guess what it was our own fault all along because we were expecting too much. Funny how that goes.

The old saying 2 wrongs does not make a right.

Just because others may use sales has a reason that games may be good does not give another person to say only reviews make a system good. With that being said. Sales matter for the real world but games only matter to gamers. There are great games on all three systems which have scored below AA to say otherwise is a joke at best.

Original Zelda!!! the creater already has said that a new zelda is in the making and THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT ORIGINAL. Now for me thats a instant sale especially considereing how good wind waker was ( a very very original game )

Just dont buy any shovelware and get a wii for nintendo GOOD 1st party games and all will be well. ( as long as you own a 360 also lol)

to be fair, the competition didn't have a game out for the entire beginning half of 08

so early 08 was pretty decent so long as everything in 09 stays on track it wont stay bleak
