Do you game from GamePass primarily?

Right now I do. Series X is my first Microsoft system. Checking out all the games I missed.

Definitely not primarily, but it's cool to play some of the smaller games I would have otherwise missed. That and the fact my family can play the games on our tablets is pretty cool.

I've had GP for about a month with 2 more left. I've only played Ori for about 10 minutes so far but there are lots of games on it. The value is there but I wont be keeping it long term. I like to just own my stuff for the most part. Everytime GP pass has a one dollar deal, I'll be sure to re-sub.

On Xbox its like 98%, about 50/50 on PC. Haven't paid for it in years, good through this year, all on Bing rewards alone. No better deal in all of gaming.

Would be great if the streaming portion came to Switch, work well on the phone.

I have just been getting so many free games from other places that paying a subscription seems unnecessary, Lately I have spent very little money on games. Only on total war dlc and age of empires dlc. The rest seems pointless since i get more free games that i have the time to play them.

Bing is trash though the search filters out a ton of anti-microsoft stuff and puts in microsoft fluff pieces I can't use it anymore. I don't trust Bing.

I use gamepass to play games I wouldn't normally but there are some indie gems on there but also a lot of shovel wear which is part of my worries for the service. When you look at the netflix of gaming model it's almost identical.

I haven't booted my One X since I got my PS5 last December, but yeah I sub to Game pass.

But Ive only had it since November and Ive already beaten 2 games and installed around 8 to play. It really has a nice library and even though I skipped on the Xbox One, im thinking of grabbing a Series S as my console gamepass machine.

Yeah but heres the problem with that. Microsoft hasn't put out big AAA banger in years and EA is crap and have ubisoft joins I don't like there stuff that much either.

We need a bungie AAAA studio to back gamepass not these crap places.

Nope, I prefer to buy games and own them for my collection.

Using Bing for gaming news would be like using CNN for political news. Garbage biased search engine. It's also a waste of time. Doing a bunch of daily searches just to save up for a $5 gift card or whatever that takes forever. I have to question if the people doing it have a job because I value my free time too much to waste doing that.

It's worse than Google (as is everyone else) but it's neither garbage nor biased, grow up lol.

That's very much true. Also every time someone uses Bing it increased the risk of catching Bill Gate's corona nanochips by 66.6%.

@Pedro: yeah I mean that kind of thing helps sets this model apart from something like PS+ (or olde XBL) where the expectation is older stuff (and the fact that you have a pool to draw on of course, rather than a monthly rotation)

I have too many games I bought on my backlog, that it's rare that I play a game from the Gamepass subscription list. Did recently play/beat Gears Tactics from Gamepass, but couldn't tell you the last game I played from it.
