i feel like i'm pretty agnostic about them, but considering i can't even remember the last such game i played ... then i guess the answer is no, i don't like them.
welp there is a difference between a anime style game and an anime game.
one is just a game that its art style and themes are those of typical anime and the other is a game based on an anime show (DragonBall Z, Naruto, etc.)
Nope I only play manly fps games that gives you big muscles and stuff. Not these cutesy girly games for girls.
Sim game? No?
Golf game? no?
Fighting game? no?
Stratregy game? no?
Sport game? no?
Those few picutres i listed (some steam, non steam) and those games what are in steam are like 96% positive rated games. Like top games with Half Life and Portal quality. Even higher than Half Life 2 Episode 1 example. Steam and PC gamers love those games lol :)
All kidding aside here, I'm not the biggest fan or these types of anime games. Very few I can stand but a lot of them like you posted is not what I'm into.
No I only like manly, muscular, bro gamer games to help me not feel insecure about myself like I do in the real world. I like playing manly bro gamer games on Xbone with it's inferior GPU.

They do qualify since not all anime is girly; there are many different artstyles. However, none of them are based off an anime show.
There's a fair few JRPG's I like so yes. Not interested in MMO's, Dating Sims etc. though. I could potentially enjoy a visual novel I guess but I've never tried one.
Some. I like Persona, Final Fantasy (except XIII), DMC and Bayonetta (I think both can be considered "anime-ish") and I think thats pretty much it. Oh, I also love Suda51 games but they're the kinda of weird batshit crazy anime, not the "pink and girly" one

And where do visual novels like Higurashi, Clannad, Fate/Stay Night, Steins Gate, Banshee's Last Cry, 428, 999, Zero Escape, Ace Attorney, Snatcher, etc. fit into these narrow "categories" of yours? The narrative content in visual novels are far more diverse (not to mention much better-written and with more meaningful narrative choices) than other video game genres, which are almost exclusively limited to action/adventure-oriented plots which rarely ever have any meaningful narrative choices.

imo, one of the most overrated series.
I love this show and it proboly has one of my all time favorite leads. I hate when people say "anime is not good like the old days" just makes them sound like grumpy old men who just like to complain. Not all old anime was great just like now you got some good and some bad. Anywho I do like some games based on anime shows and I do enjoy the art style in games.

To be fair visual novels have less to worry about when it comes to balancing gameplay with stuff like character development and story. Its just a book with pictures and press x to make a choice and proboly a puzzle here and there. Im not hating on visual novels since I liked stuff like 999 im just calling it like it is.
I do, but I find the best ones are typically on handhelds or consoles and aren't actually based off of an anime. Instead, the best ones tend to be the ones with an anime influence or art style but with an entirely original story.
The art style doesn't bother me, problem is a large percentage of anime games the gameplay tends to be god awful however when they get it right those game can be some of the best games around.

my bad it wasint pointed at you. Though Iv run into some that have that thought process of the olden times were better. Also im curious what show are you talking about? If I had to pick an anime I feel is overrated is attack on titan. I dont get why that show became so popular.
Well since it's an anime sale, one of my favorite games is part of the sale and it's called Astebreed. It's worth a look, especially if you're into shooters, mecha, and all that good stuff.
