No to all three . The question is, how much do the games advance the video gaming experience . GTA4 is, although the next GTA, a completely new experience that really raises the bars on many fronts . It is also a game that ANYONE can enjoy .
MGS4 : If you didn't like previous MSG : you won't like MGS4 either . It also is much more of a sequel than GTA and you should have played previous instalments to enjoy it more . Does anyone remember MGS2 on the pS2 ? It received very high scores on some sites and rediculously low scores on other . MGS is a game that you either love or hate .
GOW2 : Depends how much it differs from part 1 but I fear more of the same , which ain't bad of course, but no 10 either .
Starcraft 2 : RTS has a problem of being an old genre that hasn't seen many improvements lately . If SC2 doesn't bring some fresh winds in the genre , I don't think it will get a 10 , because to many it will just be "another RTS game" .
Now I feel a response of "no game can get a 10 because there are always people who don't like the genre" . But I think it mostly depends on how much it advances the bar . A 10 in the past for Zelda Ocarina of Time was because it really surpassed ANYTHING achieved before . Soul Calibur (Dreamcast) was a perfect port without flaws, not one !!
Many other games deserve a 10 but didn't get it . Examples are Half Life 2 and World of Warcraft .
