Do you think some websites might get pressured to give Halo a good score?

Think about it. There are alot alot of lemmings on this board. If gamespot gives it an 8.5 (besides the riots, the hate threads' and babies) some crazy fanboys might now want to come to gamespot anymore. Or they will say " GAmESpt Sux!!!!!111!!one!eleven". Now im not saying gamespot is the only website. and im not saying that lemming will do this. Im just saying that the guy (or girl ) that reviews halo on gamespot will have a lot on their shoulders because if they make it flop i dont think too many lemmings will come to them for reviews.

halo will be out and i look foward to playing it at my friends house. allll that weekend. till our eyes bleed :shock:

Seriously. Do you really think that game deserved a 9.4? I sure didn't. I loved Halo 1. Halo 2 didn't even match Halo 1 in terms of gameplay, physics, and fun. Online was fun, but I was expecting a spectacular single player and all I got was a dud :( I'm afraid Halo 3 might turn out the same way which is more than likely given Microsoft's strict time constraint.

i don't think they will give halo 3 a AAA score because they are pressured but because that's what it really deserves. after watching several videos i can't even conceive this game getting any lower than a 9.0, but that's just me.ItalStallion777

I always ask, then why wasn't Halo 2 just multiplayer? It would have made sense because Bungie spent more than 75% on it. Why would you make a horrible single player? I think Bungie was bossed around by Microsoft a little too much.

imo i would disagree with ur view of the halo 2 campaign having bright spots. it was probably the most bored ive ever been while playing a game but i had to play it after loving halo:ce

Look at Bioshock, I was anticipating this game from the first time I saw it and they gave it 9.0, I did go and buy it, then played the game for 5 hours, after that, I didn't continue playing, it deserve less but they are pressured some how.

Am i the only one to notice that almost every 5 seconds, somewhere one GS, some1 is either overhyping or not even giving it a chance. wait until the actual game comes out before you say "Halo 3 Rulzzz!!!!" or "Halo 3 sux!!!11!! Heavenly Sword PWNS!!!!!"

From the looks of it Halo 3 is a fully fleshed out game, it has everything! I really don't see why It wouldn't get AAA but only time will tell.

No gemaover= no challange, don't tell me to load, because it is a feature in the game and second no one else loaded the game, and if you tell me to load, you telling me that feature is not needed and when features are not needed= downer, Lair anybody.

The game is so repetitve and dead, no action, radio there and radio that, don't justify the story by the radio, you will look silly.

The atmosphere and art design is the most beautiful thing in this game.

Nail on the head there mate, these people are scared because they no that halo 3 as every chance of being AAA.

The game is going to be nothing less than an awesome experience because bungie no that its halo fans are not going to be expecting anything less.. ;)

You cannot call a game like Halo trash, even if you don't personally like it.

It won't happen ... it'll get a good score though because it is a great continuation of the story from the previous two games ....
