[QUOTE="loosingENDS"][QUOTE="charizard1605"] If it's remakes you want, they are bringing the remake of Dragon Quest VII to the 3DS. That game is huge, we're talking a hundred hours in pure gameplay here. Ocarina of Time is excellent on 3DS. It's the best version yet, and it made me fall in love with a game I had never cared for much before. As for Chrono Trigger, if you like RPGs, then that game needs to be in your collection at all costs. It is, bar none, the greatest RPG ever made. Okay no wait, it isn't, Final Fantasy VI is better. It is, bar none, the second greatest RPG ever made. $25 for it would be a steal.charizard1605
I got OOT, it is indeed amazing and a reason to own a 3DS for sure
I will get Crono Trigger too, the game seems very good and DS seems to be the best version
BTW, is FF6 in DS ? Also i have never played DQ, what is it like ?
Final Fantasy VI is not on DS, no. Unfortunately, they only made the remakes until IV. Apparently, they were planning on doing V and VI for the 3DS, but that remains rumor for now and nothing more. Dragon Quest is incredible. It is classic, quintessential JRPG gaming, untouched and as good as JRPGs were at the peak of their glory. They've got the classic graphics, soundtracks, turn based battles, charming dialog... I highly recommend that you get a Dragon Quest game for your 3DS, possibly one of the older DS ones. Given your tastes, I also recommend that you don't start with Dragon Quest IX, and instead play Dragon Quest V instead, which is possibly the best in the series, and among the greatest JRPGs ever made.DQ V seems great, thanks, i will order it along with Chrono Trigger
I like the 2D blended with 3D and the fact that you can tame monsters, plus the use of dual screen and some cool art in places
