It's basically a diablo type game in fps form, so yeah that should kinda be expected.
I've had the game for over a year and I finally got to the horrible ending. The game was a chore to play and the co-op didn't help, it always made the hit-detection laggy and inconsistent.
It had a great artstyle, but lacked motivation beyond loot to proceed, and the randomization of guns, rather than customization was annoying. Had the game been more story oriented and allowed me to swap out parts on my guns, then I would have enjoyed it.

Easily the worst game I've played this gen. No story, no atmosphere, no characters. Just run here and shoot this. Soooooooooo repetitive. It takes a lot to make Co op boring. Worst of all is all the trash talk that gearbox were doing to other games before release.
