Does anyone else believe crysis 2 on consoles will look better then KZ3?

oh and before you pc fanboys ask, yes im aware of the pc version look better.

im just wondering if crytek can beat guerilla games on consoles, according to this guy they can.

listen man, It's ok if Crysis 2 on the consoles looks better than killzone 3. It isn't going to hurt anyone :P

It'll look the same on both the xbox 360 and the playstation 3, so no worry's. We all get to play it :)

And to answer your question, Both killzone 3 and Crysis 2 have a chance. I'll be doing some in depth comparisons. Although, I much prefer the art style of killzone. It looks stunning. :D

Looks gorgeous. to this day, It's the 3rd best looking game on the consoles.

But, Crysis 2 will surely look better than killzone 2.

i think crysis 2 will look vastly inferior to killzone 3 on consoles

Thats cool but i believe that 360 and PS3 maxed out will produce the same exact graphics.

yes crysis 2 uses more advanced engine...killzone3 could have more complex level design which could result in levels looking better though.

I mean, RAGE is open world, and 60fps. And it looks THAT good.

Doom 4 is shooting for 30fps, and will be a corridoor shooter.

hopefully it also has mars outdoors, doom3 u could go outside at parts hopefully the outdoor parts are bigger this time.

LOL @ Gears 3=Uncharted 3:lol: It'll have to beat Uncharted 2 first which doesn't seem to be happening. Not to sound like a fanboy or anything, I own and like both consoles, but the only console games that are anywhere near the league of KZ3 is Crysis 2,UC2 and 3 are in a league of their own on consoles.

Not sure. If the beta's are anything to go by, then KZ3 looks like it has the edge. C2 has some very impressive tech behind it, and I'm sure Crytek has been busy polishing it up. It's gonna be a close battle between all the top games this year. Can't wait for the epic battles to commence.

What a load of Rubbish, Killzone 2 only using 60% lol. Then why does it drop frames from time to time or freeze when loading the next section or checkpoint, surely that other 40% power left over could have done that? Both Hardware on PS3 & 360 is always maxed out, new coding developments (game engines) and enhancing the way games are coded make it possible to constantly improve not just graphics but also the AI and physics.

Tech wise they will be pretty close but Crysis 2 edges it.Why?HDR,real time GI,more advanced physics,TIME OF DAY so NOTHING is prebaked etc.But on looks,very close.KZ3 does have pretty great design IMO.
