[QUOTE="MegaPigeon"][QUOTE="nba532002"][QUOTE="MegaPigeon"][QUOTE="nba532002"][QUOTE="MegaPigeon"][QUOTE="JPOBS"]You're thinking about killzone 2.
nba532002
Nope, they did it with Warhawk too. To some extent they still are. In one of their promotion videos they show the same fake clip of a massive swarm of enemies when they brag about you "being able to have massive fights".
and a 32 player server is a massive fight?
No.....they shown a clip from the bull-trailer in one of "TEH CELL" videos they released with several hundred ships....
remmeber that it was sopose to have singleplayer, you act as if it isnt possible, now becasue its multiplayer they cant have 100V100 online.
Have you even seen any of the bull-shots or bull-footage from E305? They shown, like, 1000 ships clustered in one swarm charging through a valley....
And what they did show of the singleplayer was hardly on that kind of scale.
oooo ok i know what you mean, well every game starts out a big hyped m ess and then downgrades just look at killzone 2 cgi and gameplay, then ghalo cgi and gameplay.
Ghalo? Goodbyyyyyyyyyyyye, credability!
Also, there are many games which look better when they're finally released. Look at the likes of Half Life and Halo in their fairly early years. Also, this could be an opinionated thing butHalo 3 pretty much looks like the original trailer. Bungie dropped the trashed armour for artistic reasons, and the only thing missing from the canyon section of the latest trailer was the massive god ray (which was obviously put their for the sake of the trailer, as the Vidocs show it from different angles and the ray's placement is really un-natural). Of course, you did just put an immature and childish spin on the nam, "Halo", so I can't blame you.
