Nah, Super Paper Mario bothers me the most. Those graphics could've been done by the N64. What also annoys me is what others have said already. Like The Legend of Zelda games. I would've liked to see the next Zelda game with graphics as powerful as a PS3 game. You don't need good graphics to enjoy a game, but Twilight Princess didn't have that "Wow factor" like when you first started playing Ocarina of Time. I want to experience that again. Twilight Princess does have good graphics though.
You should not expect paper-based characters to have "awesome" graphics.
I wasn't expecting Super Paper Mario to have "awesome" graphics. I had been looking at screenshots and videos months before the game came out. Graphics weren't the reason I bought SPM, and it sure as hell wasn't the reason I bought the Wii.Â

I don't think so. I mean look at the first paper mario game. It came out in 2001(close to the end of N64). Now if you compared it to SPM you can see that SPM look 10 times better than Paper Mario. Really the N64 couldn't do SPM graphics.
..well, ok..maybe that was a bit of an exaggeration, maybe the Dreamcast could've done SPM's graphics? Â
Whoa, I love the art style and the general look of SPM, I love the Paper Mario games they look so clean and smooth, and the characters and environments have a certain charm about them. I impressed every new Iteration, the art direction is amazing.
