Just the ones it deserves! Music, Gameplay, Most Improved Sequal, Best Achivements, Graphics, Art **** Multiplayer, Story, Controls, Sales, and Fun Factor.

First off, if your going to be ignorant, and say that has ps3 even sold 3 million, no one will ever get through to you, and you will go through life, probally getting your butt kicked. 2nd.. HALO 3 dosent deserve EVERY award....halo2 too halo 3...some new maps, weapons...a BIT better graphics tahts it...and stop showing that picture..its not even ingame nareik

1. Best Multiplayer: Rock Band?! WTF?! Halo 3 has the largest online community in the world. It sold 6 MILLION on it's first day. More than the crappy PS3 sold and in just ONE DAY! Halo 3 has the best multiplayer in the world. It's fantastic and beautiful.

2. Most Improved Sequal: MOH:Heroes?! WTF?! Halo 3 is the best FPS game to be released since Halo 2. How the hell does a crappy Wii game get that award?!

3. More than half the catagories on that list did NOT have Halo 3. WTF?! Best Art Direction, Best Graphics, Best Music, etc...the graphics don't even get a nod?! Halo 3 is one of the best looking games this generation! No PS3 game looks that good and you need a 5k PC to run Crysis on midsettings.

Is anyone else feeling that GS rigged this GOTY awards? Halo 3 should've won more than half the stuff but it wasn't even named. WTF?!

Well.. Halo 3 is a pretty good looking game, not the best though. Do you honestly believe Ace Combat 6 deserves a nomination over halo 3? Over pgr4?? Over Uncharted??? And there is no way gamespot can be forgiven for not nominating halo 3 for best music

I'm sorry but the only category that Halo 3 qualifies for is "Worst game that everyone played". It sucked that bad IMO. Right up there with Spiderman 3. You may think that is fanboyish to say, but I probably could have played through Spiderman 3, but with Halo 3 I had to stop. It was horrible.

Thanks for owning yourself. Nobody even mentioned price in this thread, but you obviously have no way of defending yourself unless you throw in a obscene number. Oh, and for the record, Crysis is running on very high settings on my $1500 system.

I'm not going to argue ANYTHING with you at this point because it is obvious you are clueless. Crysis despite performance issues is twice the game Halo 3 is. Do not fool yourself by thinking that Halo 3 stacks up to PC FPS's cause it doesn't...

Because it a lot better then any of the MoH games that came out after Frontline and Allied Assault. It a great game, and it deserves it. Halo 3 hardly improve on Halo 2 and that why it didn't win.

Face it, Halo 3 is not the best game this year. Infact it didn't deserve its score and these GotY results prove that. There was so little new and original in the gameplay of Halo 3 that other games were able to take these awards from it.

So let me get this strait, halo 3 should have won everythign it didn't deserve. It deserved best multiplayer becuase it has a lotof people playing it's multiplayer where as rockband will bring theawesome back in partys and works on and off line awesomely.

It deserved best improved sequal for the hundred or so small changes it made where as medal of honor heroes turned a very genric borring game into a really fun FPS and a wii one at that.

And it deserves best in everything else becuase it's apparently the god of gaming despite not having snyhting new to it's art, having graphics worse than many new gmaes out there, having music not up to quality with mass effect and such and so on and so on. I bet you also wanted halo 3 to win GOTY.

Look at gmaespy, their GOTYsare also up and they didn't give halo 3 diddly squat other than a couple generous awards. Or do you think they're rigged as well...

2. I think it's a wide known fact that Halo 3 did not deviat much from it's successful path so it did not NEED much room for improvement. Still boring game if you ask me...

3. There is no way that Halo 3 would get best Art Direction, Graphics or Music...it's so bleh! Seriously there is nothing interesting about the way the game looks. It looks sharp but artistically it's boring...just like the gameplay. Sorry fanboy but that is the truth.
