Caring so much about something so trivial is pretty silly.

PC downloadable games do count; hence why Twilight of the Arnor is counted as an AAAE.

The main issue is that PC has mods and freeware titles and indie titles and they aren't reviewed. The PC's catalogue of superb indie and free games make a mockery of XBLA, PSN and Wiiware combined, but it wont have recognition and consoles would have an unfair advantage which is disproportionate to the real scenario.

Count XBLA, PSN or Wiiware games and then we have an unfair system. It's that simple. Bragging rights are still there if one console has a better marketplace than another. Lets face it, it's the games at retail that truly make consoles, it just makes sense to compare retail only titles, you know - where it actually counts for the consoles standing.

lol, yeah, if GS actually review them they do - twilight of arnour isn't exactly comparable to the usual XBLA or PSN titles anyway :?

They cost less, they last less time and thus are rated on a different scale... it may score 9/10 though if it was a full retail game then it would have scored like 6, which obviously isn't "fair" in system wars, since the console with the most good downloadable games will have more AAAE games than a console which has less downloadable games though could have more/better AAAE retail games.

gamespot doesn't review them so why fight over what it gets. i think some games should have be reviewed and fought over but it never happens.
