Dragon Age for 360 or PS3 (NO PC!)

I can't Decide! I want the Achievement feature for it(Trophies does not satisfy me) But at the same time I want the game to look beautiful. What would be my best bet?

Just get it for whatever controller you find more comfortable.

PS3, achievements shouldnt be the sole reason you pick an inferior vesion of a game.

Achievements in my Opinion is better than trophies.

All directions point to the PS3. I just wanted to confirm it before buying it.

I'll take better framerate over better graphics anyday. Bad framerate can ruin a game.

Your really missing out if your not gonna play it on PC.

Dragon Age for console=fail

Just look at the graphics comparison on this site.

And also thats a game thats meant to be played with M/KB. On a controller the game is gimped from its true glory.

So to awnser your question it doesn't matter if you get it for 360 or PS3 cause either way its a wash and a gimped version of the game.

Just get on the PC.

This. And its not like a hard game to run. You'll get it looking better then the consoles with a 80$ video card. a 9800gt would tear through that game, and those are cheap now. Also theres eco-friendly 9800gt's out that run just with the power from your PCIx16 slot. this means no power suply upgrade needed if your over 300watts or a quality 250 watt psu. the first of which is standard on all prebuilt desktops for the last 6 years.

playing the game on the pc rather than consoles is almost a completely different game, and a much better one. But if you had to chose for consoles id probably go with the 360 one, a much more consistent framerate imo is much more important than better visuals

Depends on what meaningless feature you care the most about: trophies/achievements or graphics.

Trophies are mandatory, like Achievements in all games today and starting since this year. However, you are right, some old games do not have trophies, other old games get trophies added. Still, any new, modern game you buy today has Trophies. Some people don't know that, if you did, then I get what you are saying, as you can see my Trophies (1500+, 21 Platinums) and Achievments (100,000 Gamerscore) in my sig demonstrate I'm highly qualified to talk on such a subject.:0

And the TC. Dragon Age is a great game, no matter what you play it on. If the PC version isn't an option for you, and you want Achievements rather than trophies, then go for the 360 version. But honestly, you can't go wrong, it's such a great game!

Uh PC version duh. Even if your computer can only run it on low, I'd probably rather have that then interface issues and stuck in 3rd person view.

Yet on gamerankings its rated higher on the xbox 360. (yeah i know gamespot.com is all that matters in system wars, but I only mentioned this to help the OP)

The PS3 version's framerate is really bad at times. I haven't tried the 360 version (I was gonna get that version but decided to save wear and tear on my 360, since my PS3 just collects dust most of the time). Personally if I were you, don't look TOO much at the review score difference. I don't think this game deserves AAA, so cows telling you it's a AAA quality experience on PS3 and not on 360 may not be entirely true. However, it is a great game. I'd definitely recommend you check it out.

The PC version is very much superior to both. It has a completely different (and better) control system. It allows easy access to real abilities and makes battles flow completely differently. If at ALL possible get it for PC.

seriously? ps3 and 360 are nearly identical, you need a magnifying glass to see the differences.

INSTEAD the Pc version is like another game, it destroys the consoles in every possible way.
