Dragon Quest X migrating to Wii U?

If the game ever comes out at all.

"Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada was asked about the logic of releasing DQX on the Wii when the system has passed its prime. Wada responded that Square Enix must consider making the game compatible with both the Wii and its successor, the Wii U."

I knew it would happen I wont be shocked if it was a multiplat on Wii U/PS3/360 at the end its SE we are talking about here.

The fact that they're not mentioning PS3 or 360 probably means they worked out some sort of a deal with Nintendo to make up for the lack of mainline FF games.

Then go play it :evil: its one of the best if not the best JRPG on PS2.

What about VI and VII?

Eh, those are among the lowpoints of the series. VII was just way behind the times, it was obsolete and dated when it was released, and VI is just weak all around. V is simply epic however, and ranks as one of the best RPGs ever made. VIII is incredible, and can convert anybody to Dragon Quest-dom. IX is awesome simply for how much fun it is. I do urge you to try out these titles for yourself.charizard1605

I don't know, 6 just felt weak, it felt slightly... lacking, I never felt satisfied after playing it. The gameplay itself was solid, but the world was just too large sometimes, and it lacked focus and direction. Now 7, 7 was terrible, it just felt dated and anachronistic, and it was too long for its own good. I still think that V, VIII and IX rank as the series' best.
