They both look so gorgeous. Definitely going to get both once they launch.

I loved Dragon Warrior on the NES when I was a kid...but...looking at these screen shots the series just didn't grow with me.

What is exclusive from both versions?

They are two different games, built on the same story.

Not really interested in Dragon Quest myself. Got VIII on PS2 long while back but never played it, maybe I should give it a shot to see if either of these games might interest me.

I want both versions. They both look different enough to warrant a double buy.

Dont care for DQ and shit, but that art style in the PS4 version is beautiful.

Question,char.....will the 3DS version of this title be playable on an older build? As I still have my old 3DS XL waiting for a massive fuel support.

Such a sweet mix, a traditional RPG viewpoint on the bottom screen and 3D RPG viewpoint on top. then again the PS4 version is just.....what to say,it's too awesome to forget,gotta get this one along with the machine next year or so.

Yeah, the game is not a New 3DS exclusive, so you should be able to play it regardless of your model.

@charizard1605: looks like I'm gonna make my 3DS the fabulous shinkansen,but still,that doesn't mean I will buy it on day 1,as I live in a non recognized region,there's ESRB doing the US release and PEGI for EU release,I'm either one of them or both...sucks to live in a country where console and proper handheld video games are the least talked topics or considered as a "violence bringer" taboo.

Pretty damn high if they're willing to make a ps4 version. If it was just on 3DS there'd be reason to worry.
