Dragon's Dogma versus Risen 2: Dark Waters

Risen 2 by a mile.

Despite a few problems, I thought Risen was one of the better RPG's I've played this gen. I still think very highly of Gothic and Gothic 2.

Risen 2 could be great. Any RPG with "Dragon" in the title has me immidiately disinterested.

I've heard from the majority of people who played the Risen 2 beta that it is great.

Seems a good chunk of people who don't like how Risen 2 is looking didn't like Risen 1.

This is somewhat heartening, since I thought pirates were ****ing stupid and not what anyone wanted.

Dragon's Dogma but something is bothering me about it so far all the video which I've seen for this game were either for a mage main character or Archer I wanna see the melee combat is it as good as Souls series?
