DS VS PSP Games

People say the ds has better games than the psp, when in-fact if you do the research its actually the other way around here's the results. These game are 8 or above (Greats & Supurbs)

And yes alot of the psp games are ports but does it mater if the developer made the game
for other systems. If its a great game who cares what system it was on first...there are tons of great games that were ported from other consoles.

I don't want to play anything like "Syphon Mega Space X: War Resurrection" or "A.R.M.Y: Recon Ops 46", and most of the PSP games either have generic titles like that or are ports from the PS2. That is why I prefer the DS, but I honestly haven't played either of them. Actually I wouldn't mind a PSP so I can get a portable SNES emulator, so I don't know. Well, the only "Original" games on the DS list there, not counting sequels or ports of any kind, are:
Elite Beat Agents
And maybe a Nintendogs, but that only looks like expansions.

Now I don't have either system, and I know the PSP has a lot of ports, but Nintendo is worse about it in my eyes.

I not going though a series of argument like my topic, but here is a question. Would you rather play games that are innovated and orginial like EBA, Hotel Dusk, TC or would you rather play games that you can play on PS2? Plus look at gamesrankings. That was just GS opinions.

Ds games are more fun than PSP, I rather play a  DS game that score 8.0 than a PSP game that score 9.0, DS games are way more entertaining and Im no longer a kid so gameplay and fun factor > graphics

It matter to some people. Games that are original could have something new. I mean look at Elite Band Agents and Hotel Dusk.

PSP games have gameplay and graphics...you lose. 

my DS has been relegated to my mum, while i stick to my PSP. Currently, the DS has not a lot of games that interest me.

Also, some people would like to have the big-brother console experience on the go. The PSP provides that. The DS relys on the tried and true formula from nintendo from its Gameboy line.

I like DS games because of their uniqueness. Most of the PSP games you listed are inferior PS2 ports.MF_D3f

Yeah the ones he listed aren't the best games out for psp, you can find many exclusive PSP games if you look for them. IMO PSP games > DS games.

you know you can subtract 2 games from the DS's list - Those 3 Nintendogs games rated a 9.1 are all the same game. So the DS total is 26. I like PSP games much better because they give you the console experience in the palm of your hand, not little casual games. I've never liked pokeman, nintendogs is way too kiddy and stupid (why not buy a real dog), and there has been around 100 Mario games released already - Mario games are too casual for me. The only DS game that I might like is Metroid, although the controls with the touch screen would probably feel awkward and unnatural. PSP games appeal to me sooo much more than DS games

Alot of the PSP ones aren't very good, i wouldn't buy them. But some of them are really good.

PSP has less casual games and DS has more, so it's really your own preference.
