nothing new same old vgleak
This is for cows that got all mad over SuperDaE for saying specs of durango are old, they called him a troll and liar  he owned most cows from this forum
''And finally there's the wild card - SuperDAE, arch-leaker extraordinaire, undeniably in possession of early dev kits and the crucial documentation that goes with them. From talking with him directly in order to verify his leaks, we know his information - typically posted on vgleaks.com - is entirely accurate, the only question being how old it is, and whether the hardware has improved since he received his data. He also has - somehow - hands-on access to non-final next-gen dev kits and his pictures of an older Durango dev kit having been verified by trusted sources.''
DF believes final specs won't change that much they're probably right, but why SuperDaE said he is going to provide them with new info?

Sucks your other thread got locked by a butthurt lemming.

Tessellation owned...again
Elsewhere, most of the custom hardware works to ease the CPU burden, not to improve GPU performance, so those hoping for 'secret sauce' to overcome Orbis's theoretical graphics advantages are probably going to be disappointed.
LOL at Lems hoping for Wizard Piss to save them.
It will come down to; 1. Price 2. Appeal 3. Bang for your buck 4. Which system is more user friendly ie plays used games, allows the user to use other companies products it the most so you can upgrade for less, doesn't require a constant internet connection, backward compatable, free online etc.Â
The one that has the most consumer appeal for all reasons will sell the most.Â
[QUOTE="percech"]Wait a minute...so they offer the same specs? LMAO @ Sony fanboys claiming ownage. Pathetic as usual.ShewgenjaLMFAO, you clearly didn't read the article. Enjoy your Entertainment Not-so-supercomputer Lems. Sony made the gaming machine! OH GOD OH MAN OH GOD OH MAN
All of that's beside the point bar maybe the band for your buck part. They might all be factors for which will sell better but as a gamer i don't care for that. It's going to come down to price, performance and games for me, everything else is a moot point since i'm buying it as a games console. It will come down to; 1. Price 2. Appeal 3. Bang for your buck 4. [QUOTE="clyde46"][QUOTE="Tessellation"] DF said he is legit, how he acts is a complete different thing.TessellationHe doesn't act like he's legit though. Thats my big problem with this, whether or not this info is correct is besides the point. i think being able to have access to hardware and information raised his ego a bit or he just do it for the sake of annoy people, but i don't really mind that as long he isn't fake and so far he has proven to be legit.
Dude you're the new Sniper I swear.

 i hope your being sarcastic. Wii u appeal? Bang for your buck
Both have an AMD 8 core CPU @1.6Ghz with 4MB of L2 cache.
They both have 800 MHz AMD GPUs and 6x BD-ROMs.
The only differences are that the Durango has more RAM and ESRAM, the Orbis has more memory bandwidth and shader cores.
All in all they are both pretty meh.
The gpu in the ps4 is better, and can do more at the same clockfrequenzy. Also, the RAM is faster, which is very important. Both have an AMD 8 core CPU @1.6Ghz with 4MB of L2 cache.

From http://www.anandtech.com/show/4455/amds-graphics-core-next-preview-amd-architects-for-compute/5
Radeon HD 79x0/89x0-OEM has 6 memory controllers with each having 128KB L2 cache i.e. a total of 768 KB L2 cache.

Â
Durango's 512KB L2 cache looks to be corresponding to four memory controllers type GCN e.g. AMD FirePro W5000 i.e. Pitcairn with 12 CU and 32 ROPs.
16 ROPs with 512 KB L2 cache doesn't quite jive with the current known GCN config.
Â
Low end GCN like 7770 has 64 KB L2 cache per memory controller i.e. a total of 128KB L2 cache.
Â
Durango's GCN is not AMD Cape Verde i.e. GpGPU performance should be similar AMD FirePro W5000 instead of AMD Radeon HD 7770.

Sorry, Anandtech made a mistake on 64KB L2 cache per memory controller.
From http://www.behardware.com/articles/855-2/review-amd-radeon-hd-7750-and-hd-7770-xfx-black-super-oc-edition.html
Cape Verde actually has 512 KB L2 cache i.e. 256 KB L2 cache per memory controller.

Serously whats the point of your post?
edit: considering that the GPU is attached to a seperate memory controller and doesn't have its own bank, I doubt it has memory controllers built in. Â At least in a traditional GPU sense, also note that the devkits have NVIDIA cards for durango

Ahahahahaha :lol:In laymans terms, they are both weightlifters right?
except the orbis can lift twice as much as Lolango.
