Shouldn't you say the xbox is a piece of crap or something?Kez1984
I like Obsidion. I think they are a good developer.
I'm a gamer not a fanboy. And for the record I own an Xbox360 and I owned an Xbox. I see what Microsoft are doing to the industry.
Looks good, I like the idea of creating 4 characters instead of one. Just a couple of questions of curiosity...
If you create 4 charatcer, does than mean that's your squad, and no room for the NPCs?
Because they said that this 4 player creation was a main focus does it mean the NPCs will be less developed?
Which one of the characters is the main character?
Is there a main character?
I really liked the NPCs in all the NWN2 games because i'm a sucker for voice acting, simply because I get easily drained with so much text to read. I want to create my four characters, but I also want to have companions that talk and enrich the game. So, I'll have to wait and see how that turns out.
I hope they allow us to use more races aswell as templates. After playing MotB, the races we got to choose from seemed less special after seeing what my companions were.

I'm pretty sure that they've already announced that you can bring NPCs along, too - possibly two, to make a six-man party.

Jungle dwarves have been rumoured at, but there's nothing official yet.
Someone needs to make a NWN which truly captures the spirit of playing the table-top game complete with Dungeon Master.
Like the very first game was suppose to do.

Mmm, that would be good I suppose, in the previous games it was capped at 4 characters, I think NWN2 the original game has you with 5 players at one point but...iuno.
Wild drawf, aqua dwarf, super drawf...I hope they add some new races, rather than sub-races. Even better, some new actual creatures you can be. Like Undead, half-dragon, celestial etc...
I think i'm hoping for too much though...
