32 exhibitors listed for revamped show

The list of companies taking part in this year's E3 Media and Business Summit features just 32 industry heavyweights - compared to more than 400 companies at last year's event.

The following publishers will be showing their wares in Santa Monica this July:

Ugh Sony. Microsoft and Nintendo are the big 3.. Thats what really matters.

The Summit will be held July 11 - 13, 2007, at several hotels and Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

The Summit consists of:
Press conferences held by both console companies and third parties
Private, in-suite meetings with leading game company executives
A software showcase at nearby Barker Hangar where attendees will be able to casually test drive featured video games
Serious Games and Independent games showcases at Barker Hangar
An exhibition of winning art from the "Into The Pixel" video game art competition

MGS4 is the only game I will give a damn about at E3 2007.

Update: Developer and publisher Bethesda Softworks has contacted Shacknews, stating that it too will be attending this year's E3 Summit despite its current lack of inclusion on the exhibitor list.

What a shame... I bet we still wont get good coverage of all the games. Just the ones that stick out.

I rather have all the glitz and glamour... Then have a hidden away type thing. Doesn't draw my attention. I'm sure quite a few won't follow E3 this year as closely as the previous years.
