Eidos: No PS3 support until late 2008!!!!!!

Dude that sucks. Tomb Raider gained popularity mainly through being on the PS1 and now Eidos turn their back on the console that gave Lara Croft her fame?

Eidos is mediocre at best .  The only possibe AAA title they have in the works is Kane and Lynch.  Hitman is Average, Tomb Raider is at best average I mean seriously is this a bad thing for Sony?

Hitman, Tomb Raider, Battlestions: Midway are not trashy. All good games.

It seems that the topic title is a little inaccurate.  Eidos stated that most of their major projects would not hit PS3 until the 2nd half of fiscal 2008, which for them begins on calendar date Jan. 1, 2008.

Since most =/= all, that means at least one major title will be released in calendar year 2007.

When I came back from AZ... I heard DMC4 and Eidos news. That little melody came to mind.

You forgot the memo I see. The game that is coming to ps3 was supposed to be a xbox 360 exclusive, kane & lynch. There is only 2 games that eidos is making in 2007 for xbox 360, battlestation midway, and tomb raider legend. Why does anyone care about this news? Am I missing something, or is eidos really making that many games for xbox 360?

And guess what is coming to wii in 2007-2008. Bionicle Heroesand escape to bug island.

The Wii hasn't got crap for games right now either, and the 360 didn't really have squat in its first 5 months. Its called, they just launched. The fanboyism is out of control. Systems wars is lacking greatly in the common sense department.

It is fanboy idiocy. They want to compare the library of a system that has been out for 1 1/2 years to one that has been out for 5 months. I am having a great time with my PS3, just like when I bought my 360 at the end of last year. The people who say the PS3 has no games, or they suck don't own a PS3. Fanboys have to have the IQ of a peanut.

to The TC, if you think Eidos is going to make or break the PS3, or any other system for that matter, you need to get a life.

Dude, even if they started developing a Hitman game for the PS3 right now the game would take at least 2 years to make.

I overreacted a bit by saying that Eidos games are garbage but the TC make it look like Sony lost Konami and Capcom.

Kane and Lynch, currently being developed by the same team who made the best TPS of last gen. Freedom Fighters, is having the game published by Eidos.

Who me I have a 360 and ps3 I just don't like edios games (only hitman) and I think the wii is a gamecube with motion ie garbage that sell cause it's cheap.
