Elder Scrolls on PS4/360. What can we expect?

similar to the jump from morrowind to oblivion from a technical aspect. In a word, huge.

Kinect for 720/PC or Move for PS4 required to do magic.

5 hour campaign with many $1-2 side quest DLC packs

Complete removal of the skill tree. Everyone gets all perks as they level up.

More bugs.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

These consoles wouldnt let Bethesda go past 0 FPS, next gen they can go all out and go negative 10 FPS, maybe better.

mods won't be on consoles. that been proven with skirim. beth wanted to release mods to players for free. they refused to let it happen

With an MMO coming out, I'd say expect nothing. Almost every time an MMO comes from an existing game franchise it kills it (eg, the Warcraft RTS series died after WoW, and KotOR died after TOR), so I'm not holding my breath for anything different with Elder Scrolls.spike6958

Kotor was dead awhile ago, it has been 8 years since Kotor 2.

We can expect them to be filled with bugs that would be easily fixable with the dev console if you could access it.

I think it's safe to assume that it'll be fantastic visually, but bug ridden from a gameplay standpoint. Perhaps Bethseda will wise up and QA the next entry.

I have never been able to get into the Elder Scrolls series. I played Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim an have no interest in the games.

After playing a bit of Skyrim for 360 its amazing how a game so buggy and glitchy got so much praise. I cant imagine how broken the game is for PS3.

Let's hope less bugs. But I would like to see downloable mods.

I'll take a stab and say it will stick with the same old combat mechanics that make me dislike the series.

It will be better on PC. For sure.

If it was on PS4 and 360 then the PS4 version would probably look and play a lot better seeing as it would be the more powerful system. Next gen is stronger than last gen. As for what I would like to see, a larger world with better quests, mainly the guild quests. I found them a bit disappointing in Skyrim.

Look @ wiiu thats the best your going to get next gen , sad for those whining for big graphical leaps that aint possible in this given time of depression and sonys financial situation as well lol ms may push something but like xbox before it , itll go to waste! (remember gc ps2 xbox dc gen ps2 and dc were similar gc xbox more powerful and similar to eachother -think of that but with 1 less competitor)

Didn't you mean PS4 and Xbox3? Anyway, no more loadings between interior and exteriors, euphoria animations and, obviously, better graphics.

While I doubt they will remove their skill system, I wouldnt be surprised if it got streamlined to the point of there just being 3 skills or so. One universal warrior skill, one universal stealth skill and one universal magic skill. Still got to give players the illusion of depth somehow.

I want a 100% seamless world. No load screens when entering major cities, buildings, caves, etc. And for it to be more like Morrowind, the best rpg of all time :cool:. But I know that won't happen :(.

I don't think Skyrim can look any worse to me, but if it does it'll be because of Witcher 3.
