March EGM rates VF5 for the ps3.

9.5 10 9.5

I know its EGM and not the spot but those are dam good scores. They are tough reviewers sometimes.

I know right. VF was fun to hold you over until... TEKKEN! Tekken 6 will blow away every other fighting game out there, but I think that Team Ninja and Tecmo might have something great in the works too...

EGM is the oldest, best and most trusted game review magazine. They are always dead on, they've been in the business since like 1988 right near when gamepro came about. Gamespot Reviews suck and are always inaccurate.

Tekken is awesome. Up there with Killer Instinct and Super Smash Bros Series as my favorite fighters ever.

And? Because it's complicated and 'in depth' does not make it a better fighter. And graphically, it's weak compared to what Namco and Team Ninja put together. Tekken is the best of both worlds, cutting edge graphics and great gameplay. 10-hit combos, character specific counters, a HUGE cast of characters.

What, someone is going on the 10 that Soul Calibur got what, 8 years ago? There have been 2 other games since then and the last one was a joke.

I loved beating the crap out of fools with Heihachi Mishima on SC2.

VF is not borring, its the most in depth fighting game ever created. you cant button smash and expect to win like in DoA or SC,  the fighting system has little to no flaws, and its one of the only fighing games ever to have balanced characters, that all play different. Cant wait for the game

I agree except that Street Fighter 3: Thrid Strike is balance also. Another balance fighter is Melty Blood, but that's for the hardcore gamers like me.

wait street fighter third stike is most definatly NOT balanced, ever been to a tourny? Then you'l know that everyone uses Chun, Yen, and akuma, and oro the most, why? because there top tier.

wait street fighter third stike is most definatly NOT balanced, ever been to a tourny? Then you'l know that everyone uses Chun, Yen, and akuma, and oro the most, why? because there top tier.

First, I'm a ST3 tourny player. Second, it's Yun not Yen. Third, Oro and Akuma is not top tier. Fourth, VF has a top tier list. Fifth, top tiers don't mean the games is not balance. Just show who has the advantage over who.

Which is why you'll never beat me if you're using Kuma and I'm using Steve Fox. :P

If you got Nina Williams, maybe. :)
