blue point the developer of TERA admits that they have wronged NcSoft. a while back the game developer was legally accused of aquiring concept art for binned ncsoft games such as lineage III from recent ex-ncsoft employee hires and had applied many of them to TERA. the court case is finally over and it has been found that the three former employees have all been found guilty but both bluehole and publisher en masse are free of blame. as a result a large sum of money was handed over as well as the origional artwork has been returned to ncsoft. TERA will be allowed to continue to exist unimpeded.

As a longtime L2 player, the artstyle of Tera was strangely familiar to me. Also Castanics were awfully what a Dark Elf would look like if L3 was ever made...Also, almost every system sound and many ambient sounds were exactly the same as L2. I think it was abit more than artwork that was stolen. But this has been common knowledge for people within the L2 community for years now.
